The attendent became physical with the kid, I was flabbergasted with the behaviour.Overpriced under deliveredGood for kids but they charge very heavyThe jumping area trampoline park cost 800/kidThats just too much for not starting the lights in the area, for not keeping every corner ready to play as the football section was not readyWe cant keep eye on our kids in that area as the watch area doesnt cover full areaNot worth the money.You have to do Minimum recharge of 1200 rs thats insane.The staff behaviour is worstIf you dont pay you cant even take pictures sitting on those rides or standing by there.For small kids play area compulsory parent have to enter the area by paying full fees 350 +350 just to watch your kid play thats unethical.For just watching the kids why we have to pay????They are there to just make money no focus on customer satisfaction.Outside food court flooring design was such that you cant walk there stones with fake grass totally uneven

Great place for kids, its little bit expensive but activities are really great, only the jumping is really costly its 800rs per person for one hour, I didnt try but I think it will be really fun. They have card system which is life time free and u can recharge with different options available.also the music is really played at loud volume which I think should be kept little low, also the bowling area is very dark. Rest all it gives gud ambience and fun for kids.

It is one of the largest trampoline parks. It is definitely a lot of fun and is work the money and time. There are a variety. The children as well as the young would enjoy playing and spending time. You can play basketball and poison ball on the trampoline. You can skip your gym for a day and go to this park :)

Amazing place to go with family, although number of games and rides were limited but all were awesome. Best part was trampoline area.

Started with an exciting experience of trampoline.... Its amazing... The staff is so helpful... All other rides and games are wonderful... Got a new experience of rope course... The best part of all games is Wall climbing.. Its so much fun... Even the food corner is good.. Shakes are tasty.... All the staff is so much caring and helpful to all.. They have helped us a lot when some of us got hurt.. and also helped us in all game.. 😀😀

Exciting, refreshing, amazing place it is. There are so many games and activities that one visit is not enough. I went there on friendship day and they had this combo offer of trampoline and zero gravity activity along with food. It was worth its value. Not only kids, adults also fully enjoyed. Staff is employed at all the places to help and guide everyone. They are very courteous. Due to heavy rush there was waiting for food and seating space inside was very less. ( little mismanagement was here)I would highly recommend this place.

Nice play zone for all.100 rs. Enterance fee is there only in cash. They do not accept card n promote cash economy. Dont know why?.Also restaurant also need cash only.. again dont know reason for asking cash only. Food is good.Costly..

Here are some reasons to not take your kids to this place,1. Staff is unapologetically rude.2. Receptionist does not care to explain how to navigate through the place.3. Poor management quality.4. Systems and equipments does not work properly and shows that games are already been played without even using it once.It was worst experience for me, the place has bad staff and management who does not care to guide or help the guests and visitors.

Its a great place in Surat. One of the biggest Trampoline in India. Actually its fun being there especially kids. I am sure they gonna enjoy it a lot. It has many activities around there.

Just went there for bowling. Woop has premium pricing and we expected a better bowling alley. Too many errors with our lane, pins fall down on their own, miscalculations of scores. Not recommended esp on Sundays.P. S. I wanted to highlight this in a complaint register but the staff asked me to post it on google as the management apparently reads every review. Lol

This review is for the woop food court outside. There are 3-4 shops including all time munching, chaat and icecream stall. Chaat and icescreams are good but that munching stall is HIDEOUS. Ridiculous taste and everything is extra sour. We couldnt eat anything. We told them to change the soup but yet it was the same sour taste. DO NOT EAT CHINESE HERE.

Bowling alley is great. Different types of games to suit all age groups. Slightly on the expensive side. Parking is ample, even on full blown weekends. The highlighting feature is the trampoline park.

Some rides are priced illogically. One star for rope course, one star for trampolin park.3 stars deducted for illogical pricing, unbelievably bad service in outdoor food court and terrible quality of food for the price they charge. Will visit again if the pricing is better, not gonna eat there for sure.

Good ambiance, crowds on weekends, and great place for kids and youngsters occupancy whole day, staff is very friendly and ready to help. Go carting area outside, and hell lot of activities inside including cafeteria. There are many small games where you can play and have a lot of fun. Its good to be there with a group of friends so, you can have a pretty good time. Overall you can have a good time with families and friends.

It has nice location nearby surat airport on Dumas road. It has many activities like zero gravity glide, wall climbing, kids playing zone, arcade games, trampoline park, VR arena, rope course and many more. It has a neat and clean floor and car parking area. We can eat foods in open space. They kept nice lighting, umbrella and flower pots in dining area. There are robot for children, projector screen, child roller and many things for public. Its nice decorative and something new for surti people. It is very nearby decathlon, so we can pass good time here. I like to play a bawling and VR arena. Its good place for children amusement. There is a photoshoot location. It gives good taste of fast food with best sitting area.

This is a complete family entertainment place. Many options for the kids and many for adults. They claim to have biggest trampoline park. Trampoline is not easy as it seen. But u should try it once if not did in past. Food is also good. Suggestion is that they must have half an hour slot also for trampoline. Beacuse people who just want to go inside and feel it, they have to give 800₹ for an hour. So the management should try 30min entry also. Overall worth visit. Go there and enjoy. Fun thing to do.

Trampoline park is one of it kind costs about 800. Big ballpit for 4 years and above kids.Restaurant is available too. all foods like South Indian, Chinese food, etc.

Overpriced.Need to pay same price for parents too to accompany 1.5 yr old kids.If charging to accompanying adults/kids as well, it should be reasonable charge and minimum duration shd be 30min too instead 60min.Even billing is not smooth. Paying by UPI took 2 phone calls to verify inspite of showing live msg of UPI payment.Rebounce is far better.

It was very nice enjoyable time jumping around and falling without the fear of getting hurt. I had some amazing ride and frictionless slides. It was a nice day to enjoy and spend at Woop. It is not fun place for kids but even adults can also enjoy playing Bowling.

It was wonderful place for children and adults

It was an adrenaline filled experience. The games were super fun. The staff was helpful and courteous. Its a good opportunity for youngsters and adults alike to let their hair down.Its a tad expensive but worth the fun and experience.It should be on peoples must visit and to do list.
