I love the place and its location. Its in VR Mall at 3rd Floor. I also like the service of Service Center. I only dislike the behaviour of Receptionist named Nikita. She does not have manners to talk with Customers and elders.

The worst ever service centre of any mobile company. No place for sitting. People have to wait outside the service centre in crowds. Just imagine oneplus having just 1 service centre in the city of Surat. Pathetic service and staff. Just improve your service. Its pity that 0 stars is not allowed.

The staff was very friendly, addition to that upon my request my problem of battery replacement was done within a day and with utmost care. Really appreciate that 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Not satisfied with their work. I was suffering from the battery drain out issue in my oneplus phone. and the service center is taking too much time to figure it out. Almost they are going to take 20 days and after that also they are not sure that they cwill fix it or not. For me it is really a big time. I thought one plus is premium phone. But the service facility is too much poor. I thought to never recommend such phone like oneplus. I am regret to buy this phone. Due to this issue i am suffering from many problem with my work. worst experience!!!!!

Very poor experience. The staff is not supportive. And I have heard the most absurd logic at this service center. I had booked an online appointment and went to this service center. The lady there says, post covid we have stopped taking online request and we only take in person request. Rip logic.

The store has no customer value , the employee of the store are very rude , no one gives satisfying answers ,I bought oneplus earbud 13-4-2021 and the case is not working so i go to the service center and they told me that your case is replace by us by 19-4-2021. and I dont understand the replacement of case take 6 days and today is 20-4-2021 and the employee says we have shortage of Engineer ......what the hell.....if my case is replace to me by new one then what is the need of an engineer.....😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The staff here is very kind to the customers, needs some improvement and organizing the structure and process flow well for customers, So, customers dont get confused or wait for a long. Service taking longer time than expected. OnePlus needs to install their store in Surat, like many of the customers want to feel the product in hand as well.

Superb several services acknowledged.

I travelled two hours just to get my buds rectified I was told it was just an update issue and was assured the issue was sorted it was working fine. After a day I started facing the same issue Im trying to call them but they dont pickup the call. Really disappointed with this service.

Although the service cost is expensive , the customers are treated in a very good manner.I visited OnePlus service center before and after pandemic , there is a ps4 just to entertain ourselves while waiting . I also experienced the onepluss live repair and its good , currently due to corona its not possible but the social distancing rules are followed properly . I have not had any issues with the staff too , they were patient and properly addressed my issue.

Service Centre location is not good, people have to travel a lot.Basic service for phone takes too many times.Actually, my 7T have battery draining in ideal condition problem so I submit my phone, they take 7 days to check my phone and without changing the battery they return it and told me they constantly play video in my phone and they didnt find any problems.(With battery-draining phone feels warmer and I checked the battery health its 90% after 9 months of buying a phone)

They refuse to do service even i am ready to pay for the charges... Not setisfied answer... Directly told that company closed selling and producing oneplus 3 and its parts and not possible to repair by us.😔😔😔😔

I have purchased oneplus 8 phone. I face display problem so I visit one plus service center VR MALL SURAT display problem solve but finger print problem not solved, after 30 days service center has no part of finger print, very poor or less service i m not satisfied with service
