Very worst performance by King Ford Service centre at surat- pipload my car problem was not solved by them, they return the car with same problem after 10 days and saying some stupid reasons, they put max bill amount,, really its worst experience I was faced, dashboard bord was not fixed properly so sound is coming,,, I planned to buy a new Ford car but I change my idea because this type of worst work by kind Ford,,,,

Unsatishfied ur servicing work, as eventhow paying Rs.8278 for cimplete servicing, I face steering wheel jalm problems during travelling just after third day of sevices, Puts my car at SP ford at Palanpur, banaskantha, chsnges stearing pipes & pumps amt. To Rs.16122.

Service is good and so is the main dealership, need any ford car allowed in india visit here. Assistance is decent and waiting lounge is nice with latest car and other magazines and beverages. There is lots of waiting if you are visiting directly for services, so do a day prior booking. Security and sanitation facilities are decent.

The newly designed entrance for car service is too elevated damaging the vehicle and its suspensions as one tyre gets lifted in the air,tilting the vehicle badly. Poor suspension design coupled with poor infrastructure is a great way to make money off vehicle damages. There is a massive hole in the road in front of the elevation making it even difficult for vehicle to climb .
