Worst service of IDBI OFFICIALS..I had given application for activating my UPI SERVICE of my current account and they asked me an application and promised me that it will activated in 24 hours but it didnt started till 7 days, i visited the bank again and MR.AKSHAY the odbi official was roaming in bank but not responding me plus no staff was wearing mask and the watchman was very rude and chewing tobacco in duty hours....ridiculous services provided with high charges! Never open account with this bank.

ATM Doesn’t work any time I would recommend other costumers of IDBI tho change the account from this bank when ever we go to branch for complaint they jst say there is a complaint book in ATM but there is no any solution for this IDBI ATM specially near prime market area

The service of Idbibank Adajan branch is very good, I have an account for the last three years, everyone in the staff is helpful .... Any work gets done quickly ...
