They are thieves. First they make compulsory socks. Then they sell it. Also, they didnt had adult sizes. So for a kid if mom or dad wants to go they have to compulsory buy socks from the mall at obviously high prices. Avoid these. I saw many parents explaining the same but they did not bulge.

You must go with shocks on that site and staff is good and real smile of children you can get here.Its little bit costly but who can afford go there.

In surat, I think this is the best place for kids. Kids enjoys a lot playing at funky monkey they are never bored or tired playing at funky monkey.I recommend one and all must visit this place. You will be amazed by seeing how much your child enjoys playing there.With all that it has good ambience security support team and last but not least very good snacksOverall I see perfect place for baccha party

This place is situated at VR Mall.For half hour on week days need to pay 300 and 350 respectively.Its a great playing area for kids. There are slides, jumping, brick house game , boxing , round ride , round slides...Really worth. You need to wear socks to get the entry otherwise need to buy it for 40 RS.One adult can accompany the kid.You also have food zone for quick bite where you get light refreshments and cold drinks.

Congested, Costly compare to competitors, I could not find any USP for them to keep price relatively high. Extra charges for socks is unfair, and high charges for socks itself is unfair trade practices.Take your child twice or thrice, then take them to other options, you as a parent will be satisfied and so as your kid.

Very pathetic customer service. Handling customer on phone is highly rude and unkind. When its a big chain of fun store they should develop good customer service management.

This people are totally non professional. They are considering Gudi Padva as a Holiday and charging according to holiday. Today 28th March 2017 , non of the bank in surat were closed and they are telling that its Bank Holiday. Even SEBI was working which is in Maharashtra.Really exploitation of public. Going to complaint in consumer Forum.Bad experience.Even so manipulative rating system that the negative rating is not calculating in overall rankings.Totally cheating.
