Horrible horrible customer service, they are very rude and never answers the phone and when they do you’re put on hold and forgot about, I called and left messages for two weeks trying to get a referral for my sick dad who has been in much pain. I had to literally visit the office and demand they send the referral for him to be seen by orthopedic doctor! I have Been hung up on and disrespected more than enough and this place needs to hire a whole new team more motivated and happy to do the work because as of now I’ll be searching for my father a better physician in a more stable workplace who actually wants to help their patients ✌🏾

He is very rude. I called for a simple advice about my health and because i wasn’t able to see him for two years he said that he couldn’t help me and hung up on my face. As a doctor it should be your main priority to help you patients especially if they are unable to see you for a long period of time. This is not the first time that he has been rude and obnoxious he not very friendly to begin with. Not a people person at all. There is another lady that i used to see, i believe it’s his wife and she is wonderful if you where to go i recommend asking for her because he is a total a-hole

They literally forgot about me while I was in the room! After the initial check-up, Dr told me the blood results wouldnt take long and if I wasnt in a hurry I can wait for them, so I did. I waited. The receptionist brought me to the front to pay because she was about to go home. After we completed the transaction, she told me to go back to the room I was in. I did. I saw the NP along the way and she confirmed the room number I had been in. I got back to the room and waited.I saw some patients leave. I waited. I saw more patients leave. I waited. I heard staff say goodnight. I waited. Finally, I poked my head out and saw the lobby had been closed and lights had been turned off. The doctor was on his cell phone and the NP was in the same room Id previously seen her in. I walked out into the hallway and waited for Dr to look up, but they didnt. I walked by them and still got no acknowledgement. Finally, I spoke and asked about the blood tests. After taking 7 seconds to finish the text he was in the middle of, he finally looked up at me. They hadnt even been done! And he told me he would call me with the results!I only waited because they suggested it! If they were too busy or it wasnt going to be done, they should have sent me home and just followed up with a phone call. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had in a Drs office! It was so disrespectful! No apology was issued!If you enjoy being treated like the invisible man, then this is the place for you!

This office is like a well-oiled machine. They are courteous and efficient. You can have it all done here. Dr. Gupta is phenomenal and knowledgeable beyond expectations. When my previous Doctor passed away I fell off the wagon and saw no one for over four years. I’m happy to find a phenomenal office with a great staff!

This is the best internal medicine and family practice in South Florida. Dr Gupta exceeds excellency, he is one of the most thorough, educated, physician I have ever encountered. I frequently recommend patients to him, my family members and friends go to him as well. My uncle was visiting here Florida from out of town, he had been sick for many years, went to several doctors, without any success, I took him to Dr Gupta and in less than an hour, he was diagnosed. I am forever grateful for Dr Gupta, and the fact that you can have everything done in one place, at one setting, its even better. Keep up the good work Dr Gupta.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE

You never get a call back concerning your blood work when they say they would. My last visit a week ago, my appointment was at 4pm and I was a few minutes early and still didnt see the doctor until 5:14pm. The doctor only talked to me for 2 minutes or less. The reason for my visit was to take another blood test to see if my cholesterol and liver count had went down from my previous visit where he said I should go on a diet. I went on a diet and ate clean and he said i didnt need to do another blood tes. This makes me irritated and not very confident with this office. How can you give me instruction and have me come back and not want to do another blood test to check to see if there is progress and take the next neccessary steps in my health.

I visited the doctors office on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 @ 9:45 am, and I was seen by Dr. Meena Gupta, for a full annual check up. She was great! Im a diabetic, and didnt have medical insurance for about 2 years. Finally, went once I had my medical insurance. Supposedly, United Healthcare insurance needed further authorization for both insulins to be filled. I contacted the doctors office and spoke with the front desk receptionist (rude & uncaring), she stated is not the doctors job to authorize medications. WHAT? That didnt make sense! She went to say: Is time consuming and theyre busy. That boiled my blood, and requested to speak to a nurse. The nurse took my information, directed me to contact CVS, and provide them 3 different fax numbers {like one fax number isnt enough}. CVS faxed the authorization medication form, 3 days later no response to authorize medications. Plus, they called in the wrong lancets & strips (ACCU-Check), when I have a {One Touch Verio IQ), and (mind you, I provided a typed out list of meds & supplies needed. It shouldnt be ANY ERRORS made. Ive been back & forth with the doctors office & CVS since that day, still today (02/26/2020), my concerns are not addressed or resolved. I highly recommend, NOT to visit this doctors office. Seek else where for your medical needs. Especially, when you have a serious illness, and they seem to not care or have compassion (staff). Ive recommended so many family & friends, most not happy. Is unfortunate, the staff thats in this medical field in that office, should resign. If you dont have what it takes, to care for patients concerns, you have no business in the medical field. I dont fault the doctors, is the staff that are incompetent in doing their jobs, and correctly informing the doctors.

Been with this DR. for approx 20 years..he is THE GREATEST...highly recommend him as ones Doctor..A TEN PLUS.!!!
