Today first time I went to this place. I ordered three items and after reaching home I see there are only two items!! When I called them they were completely unapologetic! Moreover chutney was rotten!! Will never ever go again to this shady and egotistic place!!

Food is good, but their service sucks. When ordered food for pickup they mess up the order, dont bother to call back when they save they will call back to resolve issue. Bill wrong amount ( billed 65$ when messed up order costed 35$) and not correct it.They called back and offered money back for entire order and specified they can refund through cash only, as their online ordering system cannot refund.Provided details to them1. Make sure they take steps to avoid order mismatch2. Clearly call out in online system that refund or adjustments are not allowed online, so customers know what to expect.Over all as food quality is good, and owner is genuine and followed back to address the issues, I am happy with their service.

This place is so under rated. Best dosas in town. I have tried various other hyped veggie Indian places in Sunnyvale. Best of the lot. Paper ghee dosa is worth every dime.

The food is not bad. But different person on the counter put their own price for items. I bought Thali for $13.99 few days back. But today, other person in the counter increased one dollar, when asked, he said the price is increased more than a month ago. Each person putting their own price is too annoying and doesn’t make any sense

If you are looking for fluffy idlis in the Bay Area, this is the place. Nowhere else have I found soft idlis like the ones you get here. Fresh crispy vadas and 3 good options of chutneys. Waiting for dine in experience to completely savor the crispy dosas. 😋

Ordered a spring dosa, ghee podi idli and sambar vada. The dishes simply tasted amazing and fresh. The chutneys and the sambar were way too good!

Hands down, best south Indian Thali in the Bay. Value for money, tiffins are also pretty good.

We ordered aloo gobi paratha they gave us frozen haldiram aloo paratha. So obviously that didn’t have gobi in it. Please remove paratha from your menu or don’t take order if you are out of fresh food. People don’t want to eat frozen paratha for 9 bucks

Best hole in the wall type for South Indian style vegetarian food. Ordered thali, ghee podi dosa and sambar vada for two. Very tasty and filling. As good as Mom cooked meals.

Too much oil. Vegetable fry is soaked in oil, like 10 table spoon worth of oil, which itself is like 1000 calories. This is the opposite of healthy.

Food may be good, but no idli is worth an hour and half wait after you arrive to pick it up.

Ive ordered food from here on Doordash more than a few times and everytime its been great. I love their daal, sambar and chutneys. Oh, and now they have even got Jigarthanda on their menu. Ill admit its not as great as their other offerings but then hey its Jigarthanda!

Excellent food ever tasted in bayarea! I started my day at 6 am, drove from Milpitas to Santa Clara DMV. Exhausted waitinv at DMV for 3 hrs. While I searched for restaurants around, only Abhiruchi was open in the morning. Jist gave it a try for two combo tiffins, amazing taste! Best restaurant in bayarea.

We ordered Idli, vada, mirchi bhajji and punugulu. While the main items were good, all the chutneys were bad.

It is located right on EL Camino, however Google Maps guides via another route which makes the restaurant a little difficult to locate. The Servers were quite unprofessional however they were friendly. Was not served a fork and had to request the Manager Lady for the same. The place was a little gloomy making it seem a little unhygienic but the food is decent. The Cheese Chilli Dosa was delicious, however the Mysore Masala was a little blend. Besides, the songs played in the Restaurant were folk Haryana songs for the local music lovers!!

Reasonable south indian food. wish they were more consistent ... same menu item can be good one day and terrible the next. when they are good, they are better than most south indian places in sunnyvale.

Thali is usual item to order. Get one of those for lunch and youll still have enough left for dinner. The curries get a bit repetitive, if you order frequently. But that doesnt mean they are any less tasty :)Tiffin items like dosa etc are good too, although I did get stale smelling chutney on the side in one instance.

I wish I had more stars to give.. Superb food. Very nostalgic and authentic flavors of my childhood. We had pulav, vangi bath, poha, mirchi bajji, and their meal. Every dish is well thought out cooked perfectly and you can enjoy the quality and thought behind the menu. Front of house lady was very sweet and thoughtful. My congratulations to the entire team and I sincerely hope, they continue their good job and keep serving the community.

Small Indian restaurant, staff is friendly but orders can take a bit of time. Usually very busy with to go and pick up orders. I only deliver for here never eaten it but it must be good because I get a lot of deliveries from them.

I am a person that loves spicy food. I liked the gongura rice very much.

So I ordered veg pulav that had zero vegetables. Seriously?? Perhaps they do good thali but veg pulav, you are better of passing that. Ill review again when I try the thali, this one strictly for the pulav.

If you crave for nice vegetarian Andhra food, this would be the best you can find in Bay Area. Place is a little too congested for a family, but the food more than makes up for the ambience.Their to-go lunch(meals) is good for 2 people, btw.

Last week we Ordered Meal - we got some surprise elements along with Okara stir fry --> Head and Tail of Okara, its rotten chunks & hair of chef/others/alien... Eventually overall Quality of the food has reduced drastically. Time to switch over to different restaurant.

I had the Chettinad and the chocolate dhosa.The first was pleasantly different from regular dhosas and I recommend them to anyone who wants to expand the very traditional Chennai fare.The chocolate xhosa was a total experiment and I had very low expectations. It is nothing I have ever seen in India and ended up being more like a French nutella crepe. Very nice and possibly the best way to get your timid American friends to try dhosas.

Good food, fresh, well packed

Had the paneer bhurji dosa and paneer uthappam. Both were absolutely divine. Made with minimal grease and maximal flavor. Ive eaten many dosas and uthappams and cant recall having had ones as good as these. The other items that my family ordered were also sublime. The chefs talent is on a whole other level.

The food was amazing. It wasnt too spicy considering it is an Andhra place. We went for lunch and took the limited thali that they have. The limited thali itself has plenty of food which you will find very hard to finish off. Each and every dish in our plate was very flavourful and very close to home style cooked food. Will surely recommend this place for a good and healthy meal.

Excellent food, and very quick service. I ordered food to take out and stuck to choices popular amongst the North Indians. The aroma was very inviting and prompted me to eat quickly, delighting me to every bite I ate. Sambhar was authentic and chutnis tasted good too.

The food was really good. We had onion uttapam, veg biryani and vade. Uttapam and vade were amazing but veg biryani was definitely not veg biryani. It was quite disappointing.

This place is awesome for South Indian meals. Every single item on the thali is just so flavorful, youll want to come back again and again. Love the red leaf curry, pappu, chilli tokku. I wish I can tell you how tasty the food is. The place is clean, had a wash basin, but do not expect a nice ambience etc. Its clean and functional. You go here for the super tasty food. We also tried the vada sambar and OMG the vada was crispy and sambar was so yummy!! Best South Indian meals in Bay area arguably IMO. Keep it up abhiruchi!!!

We enjoyed good, dosa orders were fresh, sambar was very tasty.The only tissue was the pickup experience. From order to pickup it took them 1h, I guess Friday night rush.I really wanted to leave less starts for their service, but did not want to punish the restaurant. Service is horrible, order taking person is super rude and ignored me when I was checking on the order status.

When they say Authentic Indian, they mean every bit of it. Havent been to any Indian restaurant in the Bay Area, hell, in the entire US like this one. The dishes here are to die for. Abhiruchi Thali and Dosas are top-notch.

Ordered over $110 worth of food .... idli, vada, upma, lemon rice, tamarind rice, and Poha. Two orders of Poha was part of the order... had a strong pungent smell ... had to throw away... $15 wasted... probably several days old ... just reheated by the restaurant. Rest of the order was fine. Moral of the story is ... dont order unique material that is not a high volume runner... it will probably be stale!

One of the best and authentic south Indian place in the bay area. I didnt taste any preservatives and the taste was consistent across multiple visits.Be prepared to wait for a couple of minutes if you go during a peak hour. The place is quite small.. Highly recommended For the best food

Too many plastic boxes for Togo order:They have decent Indian vegetarian food. All Dosas, idle, sambar are great, but veg thali is ok ok.I stopped ordering from this place for their use of too many plastic boxes. For One dosa they pack it in 3 plastic containers. They do use a paper box sometimes, but sure why they cant do the same for others food items too.I understand packaging Indian sides dips ( chatneys) and sambar is very tricky. But you need to innovative and explore new options.

Newly opened, their all flavours are differently tasty. The different is so much recognisable that you will enjoy and order multiple things even though you are full. I heard they are under same management of Biryani and Kababs, which is another of my favourites. And other than regular dishes, i like to recommend their special beverages, especially their honey lemon tea. The lady over their is a very good host and always welcoming.

The food here is good but all employees should be wearing masks, which they weren’t when I visited to pick up my food.

The taste makes it feel like home cooked food.Dhal with spinash gravy (goes with rice), veggies and amaranthus spinach gravy is must try .

The andhra meal is amazing. Arbi fry and gotta vankaya curry are lip smacking. Make sure you call before and ask for the days curries before you go. They used to serve pachadi before, but nowadays its missing

All three of us liked the food. The place was not packed so we did not have any issues with service. The prices were very reasonable.

Very rude chef (short chef) as shown in picture. I ordered multiple times from this restaurant but the dosa and pesarettu were not very tasty. There are multiple other better South Indian restaurants in the area. The food here is very oily and the prices are high. The servers are very stingy with chutneys. I would recommend other places. However this restaurant is better than Ulavacharu Tiffins where the food is more unhealthy with too much oil.

Probably the go to place for me to have south indian food. Non-pretentious. Food is very homely. I have been there multiple times and the experience has been very consistent. The only down side is that space is limited. During weekends the place can be very crowded, parking too can get difficult. Plan ahead for weekend.

A modest-looking apparently family restaurant with really excellent food. Everyone else there was Indian, so Im guessing this is not my ignorant opinion. Im not that familiar with South Indian dishes, but I have to imagine that the dosa I got was a prime example. Very spicy (both somewhat hot and very flavored), and equally good sauces on the side.Really affordable, too.
