The quality of shoes made is good especially diabetic footwear and the delivery was very fast and safe. However, the footwear received was not the same as ordered on the supad website in terms of the looks of the footwear. On contacting the company about this anomaly, no response has been offered so far from them. Dissapointed with lack of proactive response from Supaad even though their products are good and confortable.

4months back I bought chappal for my mother that supply really impressed quality of slipper later I bought 2 pair of slippers for my use but latest slipper bought with high cost but quality was pathetic and after showing them on third day they promised me to replace even after 3weeks regular visit or follow ups only witnessing passing buck internally no solution found till now either replace or refund isn’t done please be careful while buying stuff Supad they have pathetic service and don’t bother to call back.
