I stopped by this establishment on Sunday afternoon with my daughter to dine in. No welcome, no effort to engage with us. Sat a table for 10 minutes when we decided to leave. The place was unwelcoming and not very clean. It was to our advantage since we stumbled upon Shaws Tavern a few steps ahead. Wonderful place with welcoming employees, service and great food at a great price. Shame on Pizarro!

Shockingly good for a place open so late! The fries are on point, and the falafel pita was bomb even as day old leftovers. You cant go wrong with a thin slice of pizza the size of your head. 10/10 for quality, price, and convenience.

One of the first restaurants that I’ve tried when I first arrived to DC, it was the best back then and stills the best and my favorite right now! Best Pizza, kabob and Pasta 👌100% recommend this place

Good but they forgot sauce on our pizza so we ended up with cheese bread instead.

This place is consistently good. I don’t think I really appreciated it until I had some bad pizza. We usually get the “big slice” for $6 for the girls, and the hubs and I get a medium or large for leftovers. The crust is thin enough that you don’t feel like you’re eating bread, but not so flat that it’s a cracker.

Ive only ever ordered the wings. Im new to the area and after trying at least 6 different wing spots, the best wings Ive found have come from Pizzarros. Looking forward to exploring other things on the menu at some point

My new favorite pizza & wings spot!! I came across this place on doordash about 2 weeks ago, even though i drove past almost everyday! Ever since i tried them for the first time its been my go to for pizza & wings!!! Thanks for serving tasty & well packaged food!Oh and thank you also for fulfilling my “flats only” wish. Lol

You might come for the jumbo slice (which is excellent) but you’ll stay for the other offerings on the menu. I highly recommend their mezze platter, hummus, and pita. Fluffiest, most delicious pita and honestly some of the best hummus I’ve had.

Food is trash. Ordered the lasagna. It was salty, swimming in a pool of watery sauce and oil. There was about an inch of oil in the dish that I had to pour out. Id skip this place unless youre drunk and need something to soak up the alcohol.

I ordered from here twice. Im in town for work and on 3rd shift and living in a hotel here so Im limited to late night food options. My 1st order the pizza tasted ok, not great. My 2nd order was an hour before they closed. I get an email 2 hours later saying that my order has been canceled and this was well after every other place was closed. I will not be ordering a 3rd time or ever again.

I’ve gotten my pizza here a few times every time pizza was decent last time I ordered a pineapple and pepperoni slice when I received my order it was a ice cold slice of cheese pizza with uncooked topping on top literally it was so bad all the toppings literally rolled off the manager took the pizza back so fast to prevent me from taking a photo I originally didn’t want a refund just wanted order remade and it’s crazy but they refused to make it but it was bad enough that I won’t be back here ever again like I think this place just ruined pizza for me for a while thanks! Ok, first off, these people are soooo sweet! My unit won a pizza donation from an outside sponsor and Pizzaro made it a magical win! They were so kind to separate the pizzas and their delivery was on time. Not to mention the food was ABSOLUTELY delicious. The pizza was nice and soft with a hint of garlic. I order the chicken and rice platter all the time and it’s amazing! Thank you Pizzaros!!!!

Best pizza Ive had in the US. I ordered a small ranch chicken pizza and Omg. It was full of cheese, loaded with chicken and so flavorful. Their pepperoni and sausage is not Halal. Everything else is.

Pizzaro is a darn decent restaurant. I am a fan of their brick oven baked jumbo slice pizza. They are conveniently located in the 500 block of Florida Ave. NW. They are moderately priced and the servers/cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Pizza slices were ordered. It was a very generous portion, however, the taste was bland and the crust was soft and chewy. Not very good at all. I saw someone order their kabobs whi h looked absolutely fantastic, however, I dont know how good they were. If I returned I would try the kabobs.

Took 30+ minutes to make cheese fries (there was barely any cheese on the fries) when there was just my party and 1 other table in the store. They served the other 5 people at MY table and 30 minutes later (after we walked up to the counter for the third time and being told one more minute each time to see where the fries were), they gave them to me. Oh and by the way my friend got her cheese fries 20 minutes before me. Spent over an hour in there to get two orders of cheese fries and three slices of pizza. Absolutely never going back and would recommend everyone to never go here if you want fast service.

This place was ok. Calling in an order was a chore as the person wasn’t to thrilled to tell us what the specials were/popular pizzas, after we told them it was our first time dining. We ordered a veggie pizza and a cheese pizza,and the veggie pizza crusts was soggy but flavorful. The cheese was good. Remember Celeste pizza, it’s like that but bigger.

WARNING: my wife got food poisoning from this place last night. My pizza was fine but her gyro was awful and her cheesecake wasnt great. Strong caution before eating here; quality was definitely not worth the risk.

We had pizza-by-the-slice as well as a small specialty pizza. We dined in, which doesnt look like it happens all that often, but it is a cute little restaurant! The pizza was very good and the portions are huge! It was a great deal. Well be back.

Went here during our stay in Washington. Ordered a chicken and feta pizza. Usually I do not order chicken as it tastes like rubber, but this pizza tasted amazing - the chicken tasted fresh. Definitely worth checking out if your in the area.

I was so happy so happy but when it got to ring my order up the guy charged me twice for one slice of pizza and it took 18 minutes for a pepperoni and no I do not mean the weekend this is only Wednesday and also again on a Thursday because I gave them another chance because I love the pizza and the people and a little of the environment but the speed of service needs some help.

Might be a five buck slice of pizza but you definitely get your moneys worth. The management was very nice, even after someone broke the oregano container he cleaned it all up.

Ended up here for dinner and it did not disappoint. On a Monday night, this is the only spot in Shaw you can get some food after 10pm other than McDonalds. A guy in a plaid suit walks in and says to me, “My man, that’s a serious slice!” Yes indeed, amigo. Claro que si.Best part was Omar from Jordan who chatted with me after he took my order. Im not sure if it was because they were understaffed or too busy, or because I was a black, especially with everything that is going on in the world right now I felt uncomfortable, waiting to be served, last.I went to pick up my order at 10:30 as I was waiting in front on the counter, the owner assisted about 5 customers (who were not black) before he offered to help me. I was helped last and I did not receive my order until 11:10 PM, and the food was already ready. Its the little things that matter.
