The religious heritage of Sukhair Kali Mandir is a symbol of the traditional people of Pathariakanda, Bagbari, Sukhair, Jararkona / Noyagao and even the tribal people of Jamalganj Upazila.According to folklore, the Jagrat Kali temple was established before the zamindari rule. Later, with the help of the Sukhair zamindars, it was made attractive.There are Kali Mandir, Radhagobind Mandir, Durga Mandir, Nat Mandir, huge stage for kirtan in the perimeter of the temple premises.To the north of the temple is Sukhair Union Health Complex, to the south is Sukhair Secondary School, now named Abdur Rashid Memorial Lower Secondary School, to the east is the market under Kali Mandir, to the west is the reservoir.
