Family friendly resort. Big pool, zipline and other activities. Children park also there. I visited this place with faimily 3 times. Good customer service (Good staffs)

Excellent stay, really well maintained property, great staff. We had a great time at the resort. What we enjoyed the most is the food! To make it more safe, I would have preferred the staff put forward an effort to make sure all guests are wearing mask at all time and also sanitizing the luggages would make the guests feel more comfortable to stay during the pandemic. I really appreciate the food arrangement at the hotel.

We, 4 families stayed in this resort for two nights this month (March 2021).ProsGood location.Nice rooms and the tariffs seem reasonable.Staffs behaviours are good and they were extremely helpful.They have many activities which they offered complimentary for one time to us.Delicious breakfast was offered complimentary.All food items are found tasty.Restaurant prices are found reasonable for the items mentioned in the menu.Swimming pool is ok.They have enough space. Hence you may try to prepare Barbecue chicken or something by yourself, if any. They will support with equipment on additional cost.ConsNo lift is there. Hence it will be difficult if you are getting rooms above 1st floor.Price of all items is not mentioned in restaurant menu and that particular items are too costly. They charged Rs 350 per plate for fish (limited) curry meals buffet lunch which was not there in the menu. So please enquire the price before ordering.They should be more punctual. Both days they didn’t start breakfast/lunch/dinner on time. So the guests were always disappointed by waiting. Some of them were shouting to the staff.

I stayed 2N with my family from 25th Dec. It was an excellent stay and my kid enjoyed a lot. Huge property in a middle of greenaries.Food was amazing too.

We been there With friends and family...Very Good Place...Neat And Clean. nice staff...The Lady Manager was very responsible .. I would strongly recommend this place.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 2 days. The staff was very helpful, location was good but the room per se was not very clean..the walls of the wash room was moulds, side tables were dirty, no toilet roll or no napkins in the bathroom. . The surroundings however were very nice and well maintained and the staff even arranged for an early breakfast for us.

It is a good club converted to resort and suitable for family and couples. All the signboards indicate the club name & nowhere you will find resort name. We stayed there with family in Dec18. Food quality and taste is good and staff is friendly. The rooms are decent and resort ambience is awesome. The swimming pool require maintenance & getting hot water consistently in the room is a bit concern. Rest all are good. I felt the room rent is bit at higher side may be due to year end peak season rate.

The location is excellent. Its amidst the nature and it is really peaceful. On top of that i got a deluxe room for * for 1 night. Its a beautiful resort. The rooms are clean. They have a basketball and throwball court and many indoor game facilities. The food is good as per wayanad standards - 3/5. The swimming pool is good to look at nighg time but not the kind u would want to take a swim in. They have made huts for serving meals. The feel of eating on those huts is amazing. However, they should work on their crowd. We found it a little weird when a group of 8 to 10 people were always there at the reception praying* from time to time. Hence, not really recommended for couples. A group of friends could have a really good time here. Carry your own booze :D

Very good location near Sulthan Bathery, wayanad. Our family had a very happy & pleasant stay at Manogram resort. The staff were very polite & very helpful. Resort has very clean spacious rooms modern facilities & clean bathroom. Rooms have balconies with excellent scenes , beautiful garden, swimming pool and very good restaurant serving very good morning breakfast. Nature all around the resort for serene atmosphere pleasant experience. Recommended to all travellers and families.

The swimming pool is unusable now! they provided me the pool in their another property! its was amazing and its infinity pool! Enjoyed our trip Edakkal cave is 6 km and BATHERY also 6km ! Courteous staff! I got luxury room as free upgradation

Location was good. Food and staff were good also. There was two swimming pool were available one was natural and other was they made it and both were OK. It was secure place to stay.

I recently visited Wayanad (Mid of September) with my family and reserved couple of rooms at Monogram as I couldnt find any place near Vythiri or Lakkidi. Apparently, this supposedly turned out to be a splendid bargain as I did get discount due to the Onam festive season. The resort is amazingly located in a silent and calm place away from the crowded Vythiri and Sulthan Bathery village surrounded by lush green landscape. The rooms were well kept, clean and luxurious. The management and staff were excellent and very kind to all visitors by swiftly attending to their needs. The resort has good amenities with ample space for family and children to relax and play around a campfire spot is also available upon request. The restaurant serves good food but some dishes are expensive and advance ordering of food might not serve the purpose for some travellers who might return late. Overall this is a very good place to stay especially for families with children. Definitely I would stay here the next time I visit Wayanad.

The hotel location is surrounded by beautiful mountains and coffee plantation. my kids enjoyed all the amenities they loved fishing and was excited to catch pomfret for dinner..the service is awesome .the FB manager Mr. Joy is very courteous and served us excellent food all the time...overall its a beautiful affordable resort for a relaxing vacation.

Staffs are very good and rooms are big. Except that there is nothing in this resort.. not at all maintained. Dirty swimming pool.. worst breakfast. Edakal cakes are near by. But other attractions are very far.. if you have your own vehicle then you can choose this. But keep it your last choice. Heard that few customers found snakes in the tree top.. So be careful during night... Disappointed stay.

It was a very good experience at Monogram Resort. Talk about place, people, hygiene, ambiance everything was perfect. Its a complete weekend getaway and if u r going with friends or family its gonna add more fun to ur trip. I will certainly visit again.

We wanted a resort with the pool and booked monogram because they had a pool . But the pool was not in a condition to use because of which we were disappointed . Nice location. Very friendly staff. Food is good when compared to other locations nearby. Just 6 km from sultan bathery market which is much better than any other market place in Wayanad I guess....

Staff is courteous and Food quality is awesome. The amenities as such are not maintained and the pool looks dirty. Its situated before Kalpetta (when you are travelling from Gundlupete) but otherwise good location. Resort as such is advisable, and corner rooms are preferred because of the scenic views.The management is still smoothing out the issues with Restaurant billing and room no. They need to have a Travel Desk/Wayanad map with attractions listed to help travelers. (though Mr. Mujeeb helped a lot in making the map for us, but the closing timings are important as the one you keep for evening will be closed @ 3:30 pm, so youll miss them :( )

The resort is great with good view and friendly staff. Its in a good location wherein you can enjoy the quiet and calm nature. However, food needs to be improved. The staff is very helpful and the best part is that they serve you with a smile.

Why did I choose to stay at this place? it was my mistake.We could have opted for 3 star hotel.Staff were polite.Amenity:- swimming pool was very dirty.No outdoor activity due to rain.They were not willing to perform bonfire at night.we tried it but they gave a good excuse.No lift and for food you have to go all the way down.later come all the way up to the resort and take stare case to go to room. There is no lift.They use solar water heater that is not efficient in the early morning.you have to take bath post 7 or 8 AM.Total money waste.I am never going to this resort even if I get it for free.

Our first trip to Wayanad ,one of the beautiful places and Monogram being one of the most excellent resort .As per me what makes Monogram unsurpassed is their customer centricity . We were really delighted to stay in the resort . In our 10 days stay every day was made out of the ordinary .We celebrated Christmas with the entire hotel staff , one of the moments which we can never forget . We were offered handmade wine and cake , which made us feel really special .Every day was a beautiful memory , to add celebration was the awesome food , a taste which by no means you can forget . Thanks to the stupendous chef team .At last I believe to run such a place you need awesome leaders , any manager here is just a call away , overall they give firmness in every department. It has been a memorable trip for us. I recommend this place to stay at Wayanad.Special Thanks to Rajesh, Naveen and Ullas for making our trip special in all ways & Thanks to DJo & Avinash who always served us with a big smile..

Staff was very cordial, helped with room selection, ameneties and cab/auto bookings. Wifi was not working. Restaurant did not have many options in Dinner but staff accomodated for early breakfast.

A grand property with cozy rooms and scenic view to complement the location. Lift is not available, so be ready to stretch your legs a bit. Staff is courteous. Get a feel of wayanad from the balcony of your room and enjoy your stay. Although, the place is ill managed and their Swimming pool looks like a dirty pond.A word of advice - Dine-in is not suggestable. Visit sulthan bathery area to have your lunch/ dinner.

Its a very good place to stay and spend time with family

Its so expensive- Check-in from August 28 , 2:00 AM and Check-out at Aug 29 before 2:00 PM ( not even 2 days) - they charged me Rs 29000 for 2 bedroom after that they told they gave discount and Rs 7000 ,so i need to pay Rs 22000 without any other additional expenses. and not even hot water ,because of solar water heater ..
