It is one of the best place in Bathery with sales and service of E-gadgets and laptop/pc. It clearly has a wide range of accessories with in an affordable price section.But the service we recive from the repair section is not that satisfying. The duration for repair of a single item is really long and they even careless if you dont call them to remind them..Other than that the shop delivers a decent level of service and plenty of different items to choose.Also there is enough space for parking as well..

Cheating!!! They tried putting in a duplicate battery instead of the original when I went there for battery replacement in my hp laptop. I demanded and received a refund when I found out.

No parking facility. I left the shop with out purchasing as there was no space for parking first time when visited. 3 weeks before I gave a printer for servicing here.Very poor servicing and customer dealing. The problem was with the paper spooler and sensor. Upto 2 weeks they didnt contacted back. When I went and made enquiry at service center I couldnt believe that it was my printer. It was Fully leaked and spoiled with ink all over the body of printer and did not solved the actual problem also. I never recommend this place for servicing and purchase of any items. The behaviour of the person at the service station also was very irritating.

Purchased a laptop on 03/07/20 from the day one it took lot of time to load and a later delete button seems complaint,since we travel all the way from kalpetta to bathery we asked the sales person to replace the product, but as usual the answer is the service should be given by the company not the seller,the easiest way to convince a customer, so decided to wait for a call but nothing happened later when i called they said complaint is registerd and i should get a call, till today no response, and today it looks like a new error message pops up telling that you have signed in a temporary profile, and am afraid the hard disk dosent work now, all is coz this people sell all refurbished laptop
