You get ac and non AC rooms. For winter and rainy, non AC will do your work, as the rooms are big enough with 2 perfectly functional fans. Clean and neat.

The Hotel houses Akshayadhara Vegetarian restaurant as well. Road repair work has thrown the approach road off its place. Heading towards Kukke Subramanya, complete the roundabout at the Police station and take the last exit to reach this restaurant and Hotel. All usual Veg dishes are available and quick too. Reasonable prices, served fresh and tasty. Great choice in and around the locality. Ample parking space for all kinds of vehicles. A/C rooms available for families too.

The whole building is clean. They also have clean bathrooms which is always my top priority. Theres not much view through the windows but its in a convenient location. Restaurant is right next door and the Temple is a 5 minute walk away

Too expensive and you dont get too hot water to bathe its lukewarm water , plus too many mosquitos, And there is a tv connected to setup box but remote is hidden somewhere you have to find it or may not it its more like treasure hunt.While entering room it says happy stay.. Once you enter you will start disliking it.

Clean and neat rooms.Reached here by bus from dharmastala. Opp to ksrtc bus stand and 5mins walk.Go for it without doubt. Better to not take ground floor rooms as many people kept walking infront of rooms due to pathway.Walkable from bustand and Temple.Restaurant attached to it is the best with almost all times at reasonable rates and quick service. 24hr hot water available.Checked out at 4am and its just 2 mins to do checkout. Checkin also very quick. Its just as easy as taking key from them if you book online.ConsNo food service in room

One of the best hotel to stay at Kukke Subramanya. Ultra clean, spacious, well appointed bath rooms, hygienic- tasty veg. restaurant, courteous staffs, very helpful front desk. The only thing lacking is Laundry service ( guests can wash & dry the clothes thenselves & the desk provides you an iron box to iron ones clothings). All-in-all a very satisfying experience. SLR residency Hotel is located less than a Km from the Subrahmanya temple. We reached around 4Am, but the staff helped us check in quickly. We find the rooms clean and cosy. There bathrooms were also maintained clean. There was hot water available round the clock. Overall we found it a very nice place for families visiting Kukke Subrahmanya.

The hotel is located at a walkable distance from bus stand and the temple. But it is still quiet and peaceful. The bathroom and toilets were perfectly clean and there is an in house restaurant that serves good food (limited choice) at a nominal rate. However the only downside about this hotel is that its not air-conditioned and they asked extra Rs.650 for the same. For the same price of ... they charged for non AC room youll get an air-conditioned one elsewhere.Safety

The rooms are very spacious and clean. It is very close to the temple and the bus stand. Kumar Dhara is about 10 mins from the hotel. The restaurant serves decent food. On special days when there is a rush in the temple, the restaurant is likely to run out of meals.

Excellent hotel in Kukke. Very impressive. The place is well maintained. I was happy with their service. They arranged a vehicle for me to travel to Dharmasthala and also while traveling to Subramanya Road Railway station at night. The temple is approx 600 meters from the hotel. The only issue we faced was walking down that distance to eat. It will be very helpful if this hotel has a restaurant too! Except for this minor thing, the place looks like a hill station with the kind of ambience and surrounding nature.

Hotel is very close to Kukke Subramanya temple - about 600m walk. Good room and friendly people. Would prefer to stay here again.Hot water timings were mentioned as 4AM to 8AM. But it was available even later. Restaurant food and service were decent, though menu options were limited for dinner.

Design of rooms is very good. Hot water is 24*7 available. Ambience of the building is Serene and peaceful. The vaastu plants and the Ganesh idol is attractive and pleasing. I would really love to meet the architect and give a thumbs up personally.

It was a very comfortable stay. The location also very good. But the only problem was for aged people no proper transportation to go to temple from this place.

Rent is approximately 1200rs per day for double bed room. Room service also available. It located less than 500 mts from temple. If you are planning to stay for 2-3 days, please bring wire for wet cloth hanging.

Its close to auto stand as well, upon request the hotel reception will help you get the auto in time as they have their contacts. Pretty modern by the standard of most hotels in the area . canteen is quite good. There is a new restaurant right behind this property for people who expect full fledged hospitality.Only -ve is it is a bit far about 300m walk from the car street . So it will be about 500m walk from the Main entrance of temple. Nearest autorickshaw stand is about 100m away.Room quality is very good. I do recommend this place for a peaceful stay :)

Rooms are clean. Service is quick and prompt. They have a decent veg restaurant and a small utility shop too. 10 mins walk from temple and 5 min walk from ksrtc bus stand. They have dorm and wasrooms for drivers too. Overall good stay for families and value for money in a pilgrim center.

I stayed here for a couple of days in August 2017. I took an AC double bed room. The room was clean and very spacious. It also had a big balcony. The bathroom was clean and pretty big. I had no hassles with check in and check out. I checked in at 5.30AM. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the KSRTC bus stand, and the walk to the Kukke Subrahmanya temple takes less than 10 minutes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I recommend this hotel if you dont mind spending extra for a comfortable stay.
