Great service and great food every time we come here.Staffs are always uplifting and provide us great time.(Today our server was really nice lady Lucia☺️)This new item “Bloomin’ Fried Chicken” was tender and juicy.I also love that they serve dry sparkling wine by the glass here, coz’ a lot of the restaurants on this island serve only sweet type.
My go to place when craving for Rack of Lamb. Tried their meatloaf and it was full of flavor. Lucia our Server was on top of her game. Excellent food, service, and drinks.
Food was great and service was beyond expectations. Shout out to Hope, she was amazing. Always checking on us and especially accommodating us with seating arrangements...great job!!
Food is good. Service is intermittent and slow. Our food delivery is often delayed and far apart due to server mixing drinks at the bar. Our server is also the bartender.

Shared one piece of bread between two people...kinda skimpy there. Beer was mostly room temperature. Baked potato and salad was delicious. Steak was frozen meat which had been precooked and warmed up. It was a good experience and I realize Guam has to take what they can from the supply chain so I will give them 4 stars instead of five.Update: Second trip I received two pieces of bread for just me and the sirloin salad was one of the best salads I have ever eaten. Good job Outback! I am changing my stars from four to five. Thanks!

This was best overall place I found in Guam. Josh was our waiter and he a great job of serving. The food was great, the atmosphere wonderful, the service Johnny on the spot. if you are looking for a break from island food and service, and looking for a truly American dining experience, go to Outback they wont let you down.
An excellent example of the chain, with quick and friendly service. All surfaces were immaculate. Food came out quickly with excellent flavor. Absolutely no complaints about dining here, and would gladly do so again

Service was good but its still an outback soooo..sub par food. Not bad drinks bit the prices were steep for the quality of food. Got a chicken fried steak and it says as in fack just one of there steaks covered with way too much breading and fried. Not very good. Will probably be back for the blooming onion since thats really the only reason I go there in the first place. Too expensive for the quality of food. Great service.

Had a reservation in the evening, but was running a bit late due to the lack of parking. Staff was very friendly and accomodating to our needs. Food was prepared exactly as we had specified (rare steak). Would recommend and come back again.
Everything about the server/waiter that day was on point. If all the servers/waiters are like the one we had that day, then you will have a wonderful and remembered time outback

We had the rib eye steaks which were ok but still not perfect. service is good and a reservation is necessary although if business is slow they allow walk ins.
The atmosphere was great however, the steaks & chicken were sort of tough and dry. More attention to the customers preferences need to be addressed.
The food was tasty and the ambience was good. And the social distancing at the bar was effective. The servers were courteous and obliging.

The steak and lobster is a go to for me! I eat the lobster last as a dessert! The servers are like family and the proprietor cares about everyone who walks in!

Actually, I dont 5 star places, and there are things that could be worked on such as the time between checkups. However, the overall experience was pretty fantastic. Friendly and cozy environment with protection from the elements and clean for the recent COVID pandemic. Featuring outdoor and balcony seating, this restaurant has a lot to offer besides the seating arrangements. The food was made to specifications, in particular the burgers, and they went as far as to include their Outback style ketsup for your own addition. The entrees are enticing and the wine is wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and I do plan to go back there sometime in the future.
Catch of the day was ok, but 9$ for a local beer is a little steep. Guam brewery isnt that far away.

Payed over $100.Much to my annoyance, found a black smooth strand of hair on delicious coleslaw...while towards end of meal, I told waitress..basically said ok..i will tell manager but left the dish on table and not pick it up to bring as evidence. Thought maybe get a free coleslaw 😁...nothing..so i mentioned to waitress again there is hair on coleslaw...she said informed manager..nothing happened at all...basically IGNORED THE STRAND OF HAIR 😂🤣...they got 10% service charge...but nothing more. POOR SANITARY practice going on...its not good. But worse part...The bad customer service..completely Ignored the hair in coleslaw and nothing more...not even ANY apology from anyone including the waitress..they just lost a diner! But i forgive and bless them greatly.Check for hairs in your food...bon appetit!

Visited during weekday lunch time. Was able to get a table pretty quickly. For appetizer, tried the blooming onion and fried calamari. Very tasty. Lunch was marinated steak medallions with steamed veggies and rice pilaf. 1st time there. Loved it.

Service was quick and prompt. Waitress was awesome. Was just a little put down by the burgers we ordered. One blooming burger that was rather bland and a chicken swiss that tasted mostly of the charred chicken parts than anything else. Fries were good, drinks fine, and spinach appetizer was great! Just wish the main meal matched up.
Food was great! host was kind of lost took us way to the bck of the restaurant… where it was so hot ! !🤦♀️don’t understand.. we pass so many empty tables!! not too friendly also! our waiter was excellent! if it wasn’t for him being very nice to us … we would leave the restaurant!! Host needs to talk more to customers!

Its been a while since I dined in at the OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE. Im dont usually think of steak as my first meal of the day. But sitting there at window side, watching the traffic on a wet Sunday, made me feel like it was surely a great decision. The wait staff were friendly and accommodating, making one feel welcomed and special. The wait time for your meal was not bad at all considering you had a bread and butter starter followed by soup or salad depending on the meal you ordered. My daughter ordered their famous blooming onion topped with cheese smothered French fries. The fries were an extra , ofcourse, which you have to ask for since its not on the menu as a combination (I know why.) I thought it was a bit much, really, as it was plenty enough to feed two other hungry people...and easily a meal in itself, I thought. It was delicious and came with two dipping sauces, ranch and horseradish. Both tasted yummy and I couldnt decide which I liked better. After our salad, our meal came out. I ordered the grilled shrimp with a side of lobster. It came with rice pilaf and a small assortment of grilled vegetables and pineapple. Everything was delicious except the glaze on the pineapple almost tainted the whole meal with its sweetness. (I just put it aside and ate it as my dessert later.) My daughter ordered the steak and loaded baked potatoes. She said that while her steak was delicious, her potato was outstanding, freshly made and smothered with all the fixings. She enjoyed it so much and kept trying to make me taste it. I refused as had my own plateful of food to savor and enjoy. The meal was leisurely, perfect for the rainy weather outside. The waitstaff kept stopping by checking to see if our meals were okay and if we needed anything else. Ofcourse, our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and we winded up taking our leftovers as there was surely enough for another meal later on. All in all, dining there was a great choice if youre into fine dining in a relaxing setting and its not in a hotel. And, with fine dining comes the price youre willing to pay . I thought it was worth it. My meal was delicious and the waitstaff were great. All in all, the experience was enjoyable. I wouldnt mind dining there again....sometime in the near future.
Best lamb chops, EVER. Ask for it to be seared and seasoned well, and cook well done. Pairs nicely with a French onion soup and blooming onion for starters.All time fave: coconut shrimp with spice marmalade. So good that I tried making it. Failed 4x. Easier to just go to Outback.
Almost everything was amazing. Service was the best factor and 90% of the food was great. The 9oz sirloin was somewhat old though and as such was harder/dryer. I would come back and eat something else though!

Salads are good. Food is consistent in taste, presentation. Glasses of wine are nice size. Wait service is a bit confused at times, but no major disruption to a good meal at fair prices.
The food is 4.5 stars, but the management and staff is what makes it this Outback steakhouse a 5 star. Always attentive when theyre not to busy, and they know the menu very well, and recommended some dishes I havent tried, and it turned out exactly how they discribed it.I am will go back soon to try it again, or another recommendation.
The location is optimal with good parking outside. And once you get upstairs you are greeted by a hostess who will seat you. The food is delicious and they keep up to the standards set by outback internationally.My only complaint is the price. I spent $50 on two beers and a regular steak.
Outback was Great! We came in went they were still serving their lunch menu so the price was good! I really loved the meat loaf and clam chowder! Their courtesy bread and butter were great as well! Their ice tea was excellent unsweetened and they offered free refills!
I always have an amazing experience at outback Guam! Service is always on point, talk about going the extra mile, it’s what you’ll experience with the servers at outback Guam! Definitely a must go if your looking for a venue that will provide the utmost service! Crab legs and meatloaf is awesome!

He was quick, attentive, and just a good, humble, model of great customer service!I was sure to compliment the manager Selena, on not just Zees performance, but observations of all the other servers and their stellar service!I also made mention of the high quality of the food and tastiness.The entire Outback experience is a testament to a Superior Manager & Her Team!The BEST review is the number of happy groups of customers filling Outback!

Everyone was super friendly and our waiter was attentive. The food was amazing as well. It is a little spendy for our taste but the service made up for it 100 fold. 15/10 would recommend and will be back 😁
I was looking forward to having the French onion soup that Ive had in the past, but I was really disappointed. It was almost sickening sweet. Three of our party ordered the stir fry and none of them enjoyed it. There were so many noodles, very small amount of vegetables and again, too sweet. However, the blooming onion was great and the staff friendly.

Hit-and-miss. Last year had a great steak but this year had a terrible gristled piece of leather masquerading as a porterhouse.So I might try again (not the porterhouse though) but could also be convinced to go elsewhere.Service was okay, everything else fine but when the food not good the rest doesnt really matter.
This Australian restaurant has really made great improvement in its interior renovation and additional private room since it 1st opened. Food of course taste so good but can be pricy. Well if you want that down yonder taste on your palate...yummy go for it.

One of my favorite places to eat. I have many good memories of this place and it surely helped that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I never had a bad food experience and their steaks are great! Still miss their chocolate-chocolate tower desert though...that was awesome. Anyway, if youre on Guam, make sure you try this place; you wont be disappointed.

I came here for lunch with a co-worker. The food wasnt spectacular, but it wasnt overdone either. We did have excellent service from our waiter. He made sure we were well taken care of. I didnt even notice how many times he refilled my drink without our asking.
My son works here. Its great food and great service. Cannot go wrong eating here.
We always get seated right away. Food comes quick and the waitress made sure our glass was always full, what more could you ask for? The food quality was good as well, properly cooked and quality steaks.
