I have never been so disrespected from this cab service. Its not right that they wont accept a service/support animal. I guess the people that need these animals are irrelevant and not accepted. I do not recommend this company at all. Unless you want to degraded and belittled I would suggest going with another company. But with all the recent incidents you cant trust any. What happened to all the Canadian drivers that actually respect other Canadians. This is bull.

Dispatch was extremely rude and even hung up on me , driver went to wrong building and when i did get a cab all you could hear was the rude dispatch woman complain about the paying customers. dispatch needs to be replaced!!
Asked for a cab to the hospital, waited in front for 20 mins saw their cabs come and go with passengers. Called back and asked where my cab was and she snaps at me and says well obviously you dont know where you are cause everyone knows where the hospital is ! and hangs up. Worst service Ive ever experienced from a cab company. She sounds like she was in her 30s or 40s. Very rude and unprofessional. Also all the cars are dirty and stinky inside. They dont even replace the plastic to be safe from covid - 19 its grimy and dirty on the back seat side and they just dont care. Never use this horrible place they call a buisness.

Cab driver was ignorant towards me in front of my child, and also did not give us our full change for the 18$ ride I paid. Worst service, would highly not recommend as the vehicles they drive are usually in terrible shape once you enter their vehicle.
Called the Checkers cab and then it never came. Téléphone operator sounded impatient and rude. I waited in the cold for half an out with no updates. Called grey cab came real fast.
November 20th, 2016: Taxi number 17 refused to drive me to my destination. I pre paid the taxi to take me to Meath Park. Only minutes out of the city, he refused to drive me any further because I was planning to hire another ride or wait for mine to arrive from Nipawin. He parked the car on the side of the highway and I got out of the vehicle and began walking north. He called the rcmp and refused to drive me to where I paid to go. Once the rcmp arrived, he agreed to give me a refund. I had called Checker to see when the refund would be put through, and now they refuse to give me any sort (even HALF would suffice) of refund, and repeatedly hang up the phone when I call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY!!!

Called this company around 4 am for a young person that woke me up knocking on my door asking for a ride to a hotel where they had a room. The guy said a driver would be there right away.
