Dinner last night was excellent. We sat outside, our server was wonderful, and the food/drinks/wine was great as always. The octopus, which we get every time, was particularly well prepared last night. I also appreciated getting a courtesy call letting us know that our last minute Google reservation had come through, but that you all were pretty booked, and yet were happy to seat us at the bar or outside, which we ended up preferring. Great communication! Hats off to the kitchen, servers, and staff. We appreciate you!

This might be my new favorite spot....Simple delicious menu. Beautiful decor,And all homemade desserts.Calamari and crispy rice were delicious and their burger and truffle fries/mushrooms were amazingIf they pay as much attention to their other menu items as they do their burger, then the rest of the menu must be spectacular.I will definitely be back to find out.But the goats cheesecake... MIND BLOWING!

A winner!Staff are always friendly and helpful.Easily the best burger in the county and maybe the whole state. Delicious and well seasoned beef, very juicy and cooked properly medium rare, and the preparation with the caramelized onions and bacon jam is incredible. Have also enjoyed very good oysters and fish dishes here, but for me the burger is the stand out.Cocktails are well balanced and not overly sweet. Good draft beer selection too.

Overall a good experience. Wonder food- had the tuna and calamari to start, burrata, SF and tomato salad for dinners. Interesting spicy margarita! 4 star because the service could of been improved for the price, and the hostesses were both unfriendly, didn’t say a word to us. Will be back!

Service was good. Clam chowder soup had great flavor and very nice presentation however it was Luke warm, soup has to be hot!Parmesan crusted chicken was good, I was expecting amazing. We ordered the Pumpkin cream brûlée and to me tasted like a can of pumpkin purée, it was cold, not good at all. Not good selection of wines either.We will probably give it another try, we heard the burger is pretty good!

Great experience overall.The dinner, drinks, and desert were all quite tasty.Service was attentive and accommodating.I had the scallops, very good with the corn. The chianti was decent, they were out of top-shelf rum so I settled for Bacardi mojitos.The creme brûlée was exceptional. Crisp top without any burn taste. The pistachio ice cream delivered too.Overall, I’ll be back.

We joined 2 friends to eat at South Fork. It was awesome. We were told that their BAMF Burgers were very good. The hamburgers were GREAT! Calamari is almost always our go-to appetizer so we predictably ordered that. It was one of the best calamari dishes weve ever had. I order a bourbon cocktail and it too, was stellar. The place itself was fun, packed, and LOUD! Wed do it again!

This place has excellent food and a unique menu, although it is pretty expensive for what you get. I would have given it 4 or even 5 stars but they recently changed their menu so now you can’t choose your side items. My favorite dish, the parmesan crusted chicken, now comes with a single tomato slice and a couple soggy artichoke hearts with no other options. Getting french fries instead on one of our meals was a battle. Previous side dishes are now meals instead and you can’t even get it as a side like the stir fried rice. There are better ways for two people to spend $80 on dinner; ones where they will let you order what you want off their menu.

Hands down the best place in town. Ron and his staff never disappoint and always out do themselves. Favorite spot. :)

The hidden gem of Martin County by far my favorite restaurant in the county. Far from the Tourist hustle and bustle by town , nestled in a humble strip mall, sits a culinary gem. The duck is one of our go to‘s , but every time I eat there I am pleasantly surprised by something new , last time it was the burrata served with a bold spicy garlic sauce with a hint of sundried tomato! Fish is always excellent. It’s well priced, and you can get in there on a Saturday night , why ? I’m not sure . Service matches food.

Amazing from start to finish. Everything we had was top notch down to the butter for the bread. You can see the chef periodically come out from the kitchen and watch diners closely to see if they are enjoying the food. Oysters were fresh. Pasta was outstanding. Fish was crisp and light. The drinks are wonderful as well! Happy hour drinks are simple but executed perfectly. Will definitely be back.

A few dishes to share we ordered came with no serving utensils. The duck came with too much sauce which made the dish almost seem like a soup. That was the bad. The grilled octopus was delicious. The duck and excess sauce were excellently prepared and the duck was fork tender. The South Fork salad was good. The server was extremely pleasant and quick with our requests. I would definitely return.

A great farm to table restaurant in the Treasure Coast area. A small place so if you like quiet 🤫 go early. The food is delicious.

Had reservations at 4pm, arrived a few minutes early and was seated in a nice location away from other customers which was a plus. The waitress was friendly and pretty prompt since there wasnt many people there. Food was very good we had appetizers first, salad for her and clam chowder for myself and both were delicious. Later on the main plates my wifes octopus was a bit dried out. My crusted chicken was fine and seemed well prepared. The bads were the areas werent as clean as they should have been since they opened pretty much when we arrived so the food deposits on the floor and lint all over the table was most likely from the prior night. Pretty ladys at the bar seemed to have the guys occupied which left the waitress and hostess in charge of the floor which neither one seemed to put much thought into. All in all it was an OK visit that should have been excellent considering it was not busy......I can always find another spot to drop a $100 dollars and have a great time.in my opinion.

Mine and my husband’s food (NY strip with truffle butter and parm crusted chicken) was great! One of our companions had the burger and said all he could taste was salt. Service was awesome. Nice atmosphere. Amazing French press coffee.

The bartenders were friendly but not annoyingly so. When we left I felt like wed been hanging out with a couple of new friends. The drinks were tasty and not weak. I came after eating dinner someplace else so I didnt order food but peeped at other peoples plates and everything looked delicious. I will have to return for a meal

First visit to South Fork. Servers were friendly and efficient, all of our food was delicious (six entrees, two appetizers, two salads and Margaritas!). The food was out quickly for our visit on Valentines day. Prices were reasonable for some things and a little pricey for others, but Id definitely return for another meal. I recommend trying it!

Went there tonight. Love the atmosphere, service was great. Food was exellent!! I loved the scallops. My date had the duck which was good too!!! Great date night place.

As good as you expect and more. First time for dinner. Great cocktails, good value. Bread board, offered as a $12 appetizer, is actually worth it: a nice baguette m, candied bacon, pimento cheese, and honey butter. Pappardelle with a mushroom Bolognese was very very good. Confit duck was also 5 star, served over grits with a mushroom sauce. The magic of this place is the chef’s mastery of seasoning and flavors. Really a gem of a place, looking forward to bringing friend next time.

OMG! We are so thrilled to be out to dinner during COVID and feel incredibly safe! We walked in and there were a few tables Inside and a few outside. The bar was completely empty so we opted to grab two seats at the bar. Our server was named Lauren and she was super fun and full of personality and just made the night super fun! We ordered the shrimp cocktail and the street cauliflower and the fried calamari. These were our starters. For dinner- the chicken parmigiana and the vegetable fried rice. Everything was delicious and our server/ bartender Lauren made it so much fun! Thank goodness for the special little miracles happen during tough times!! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and nice people!! ❤️❤️

Have gone to South Fork Kitchen and Bar and every time does not disappoint. It’s a great atmosphere and the food is absolutely amazing. All staff are very friendly and helpful to go over their menu. One of my favorite spots in Stuart to eat and grab a drink!

Did not care for the food, wasnt hot or even warm, didnt seem to be fresh, was more like a fast food place and for pricing would have expected different quality. Portions were large but quality, taste not there

We always have a great meal here. Last night our octopus appetizer was wonderful with loads of flavor and perfectly cooked octopus. My mahi dinner was also completely succulent. My meal was completed with creamy, light panna cotta drizzled with honey on a bed of graham crumbs and finished with tiny meringues and microgreens. And, the service was fabulous!

Delicious innovative cuisine! The tomato salad was so good I could have made a meal out of it! My main course of Parmesan Chicken was enough for two and Im so glad that Im able to have it for my lunch today! Yum! You should go to South Fork Kitchen and Bar.

In my first venture out since the quarantine, I decided to stay local and check out South Fork Kitchen and Bar. My hopes were to get a fresh , farm to table meal. what I got was much more. Upon walking into the restaurant, I was promptly greeted by a beautiful hostess/server and an inviting, warm ambiance. Inside was a nicely lit open layout with simple , yet elegant decor. I was glad to see all precautions were being taken in keeping patrons properly seated more than 6 feet apart. I took a seat at the bar as it was empty and looked quite nice. normally I would peruse the menu for 10 minutes , but after a quick recommendation to try their burger, I agreed and ordered a nice IPA from the bar while I waited. My bartender Joe was everything you can hope for from a bartender and none of the things you hope to avoid. He was quick to answer any questions I had on craft beers and even gave me a sample of a marshmallow martini that was delicious. Joe kept the conversation light and seemed to really have a passion for customer service and mixology . His knowledge and creativity showed in every drink I saw him put together. When I got my burger maybe 5-10 minutes later , My mouth instantly began to water. I ordered it on a whim , and man , am I glad I did. little did I know I would stumble upon the best burger I have ever tasted. Before I smothered this double patty burger with the typical condiments, I decided to give it a try , Not only was the cook perfect but the simplicity of just the burgers ,cheese , and whatever magical bacon jam concoction was put on top exploded with flavor. Complimented by my crisp IPA , I left with a full belly and a smile. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a great atmosphere and a memorable meal.

Delicious. Every bit was flavorful and interesting. Nice decor. Good service. BUT no regard for social distancing. No masks worn by the staff. Very off putting. They need to heed CDC and state recommendations. Would consider going back when getting sick is no longer a risk.

This has been a favorite restaurant of mine and so we ventured out today and after not having eaten out since March 2020. The restaurant was seated at 25% capacity when we arrived, spacing diners at every other table, but as more people arrived they continued seating them until they were closer to 80% capacity. When asked, they did relocate a couple they sat at the table 3 feet away from us. If this is how restaurants are going to operate, I will be eating at home. In trying to support a local restaurant they chose not to support me ...

My husband & I just enjoyed an amazing dinner here. It was our first time & was recommended by a friend. My husband got the BAMF burger & I got the stir fry which I added grilled chicken too. The BAMF burger was hands down the best burger we have had. My husband literally gets a burger every place we go & he LOVED it. Such delicious tasting burger! My stir fry was just as delicious! It has farro which I had never had before & I loved it! It was mixed with a chili yum yum sauce which definitely made the dish. For dessert we had the creme brulee with a nice cup of french press coffee, both very tasty. Our servers name was Callum & he was great! Super friendly & very attentive. The atmosphere was very cozy & romantic. We will certainly be back!

Words cannot express how impressed my husband and I are with Southfork Kichen and bar. Not only has the food exceeded our expectations but the staff as well. Two employees in particular have made such an impression on us that I need to recognize. Selene is the sweetest hostess/waitress that thrives to make her customers dining experience the best it can possibly be. She is a breath of fresh air that is a joy to have as our waitress. And then there is our favorite bartender Lauren. Not only does she exhibit a knowledge of her craft, but she is vested in her customers and does all that is possible to be that kind ear that truly wants to hear about your day. Lauren has a rare gift in being able to make her customers feel comfortable and welcomed each and every time they come in to the restaurant. Thanks to employees like Selene and Lauren, at Southfork kitchen and bar, you feel as if you are in your closest friends livingroom, enjoying an amazing meal, incredible hand mixed drinks and wonderful company all in a cozy setting. It is rare to find not only incredible food, but people that make you feel at home. Thank you Selene and my dear Lauren for making us fall in love with South Fork Kitchen and Bar.

Our first time there last night, very nice inside the restaurant and the food was very good...... unfortunately they were terribly understaffed for a Friday night which led to excessively long wait time for our food...... management did give us a gift card and an apology for the problems.....

Great food. I dont do many reviews. We had a Saturday night reservation for 5 people for 7:15 PM. We arrived promptly at 7:15 and were told our table was not ready, but that we could wait at the bar and we would be seated in a few minutes. There was one server behind the bar and he was busy with waiter service at the end of the bar. He walked past us several times until finally I politely asked if we could order. He said he would be with me in a minute. It was now 10 minutes since we arrived. There was no one else needing service at the bar. He came back and took a drink order. Another 15 minutes later I questioned him about the status of our order. His exact words were You are last in line, and kept walking. Our table was ready at 7:45 and as we left the bar he seemed quite pleased with himself as I called to him to cancel our drink order 25 minutes later. I understand being shorthanded, but there is right way and a wrong way to handle a reasonable and polite customer.

We wanted to try a new place in the area and after reading reviews we decided to give it a try and were glad we did.Joe was our waiter and he was great. He recommended the calamari appetizer and it was excellent. It was extremely tender and done just right. It had fried peppers with it which had a good bite but added great flavor.Next were duck wings which were a great spin on the obvious and had a wonderful sauce.My wife had a burger which she said was super moist and flavorful. I had the pork tenderloin and collard greens. The greens were absolutely superb I was rather shocked... The tenderloin was good but I was hoping for a bit more depth of flavor.Dessert was bread pudding and I would say it has an excellent flavor profile but I wished it was a bit more moist.Overall we liked this place and will return to sample more of the menu.

From reading the menu online I thought it rated a try, especially because the overall rating was high. Sadly, it did not meet expectations. The food was not bad, just not particularly impressive, especially for the excessive pricing.The oysters on the half shell were quite tasty, but smallish, making the price rather high for such a simple, common dish. No hot sauce was offered, something that should be automatic.The duck confit was only adequate, being a bit overcooked and not all that succulent. The portion size was modest, and at $28 for such a simple dish, it was not impressive. The collard greens on which the duck drumstick and thigh were presented on were tasty.Service was decent.

Excellent food. Excellent service. The appetizers with their fresh bread, spreads, maple bacon, and more were out of this world. My parmesan crusted chicken rocked! The gnocchi, my friend raved about, and he makes his own homemade! My crew in Fla is there tonight, I am so GLAD they went back, because they loved it! I wanted to meet the owner/chef, but he wasnt available that night. We originally went on Jan.9th for my fiances birthday, and we were instant fans. As I said they all returned tonight, Jan. 17th.They took care of my birthday cake so carefully (I brought the cake early in the afternoon) and they boxed it upon leaving for me, preserving all the fresh flowers on the top. A consummate experience - I highly recommend it!!

Service was very poor I was in there to pick up a to go order from Libby at the bar she ignored me for the first three minutes and there was no customers at the bar then she proceeded to take an order for the dining room there was two tables with people at it I ordered a salad so I figured it would be ready she finally got around to getting my salad from the kitchen about 12 minutes later and just handed it to me without a bag or the utensils. SHe has a very bad attitude towards customer service. I would expect more for $12 salad. Will not go to this restaurant again I would not recommend it

We shared a grilled octopus appetizer, which was excellent. The burgers were ok. They are smothered in barbecue sauce, which made the burger far too sweet. The Brussels sprouts were sweetened for reasons only the chef could explain. They were also burned, so get one star. The truffle fries were good and the service was outstanding.

The food has been divine and delicious. I have been a few times now and the food has been consistent. I have tried the jumbo shrimp, the oysters, and the ceviche which is one of the best Ive ever tried. Ive also tried the parmesan crusted chicken with artichokes.The bartender Joe is amicable and attentive. He is also knowledgeable with wines and makes wonderful craft cocktails. The caipirinhas are perfect.A must try. Looking forward to going back to try the burger and gnocchi dishes.

First time there last night. Food was really good & the wait staff was very attentive. It wasnt very busy, which we found odd for a Friday night, but it lent itself to a nice cozy atmosphere as the place is tiny. Have already recommended it!
