Great to see a good range of quality bikes on sale here today. I called in to pickup a repaired wheel, this is a proper bike shop with a workshop and skilled staff. There are bike shops closer to where I live but two wheels is the best Ive found in the west midlands.

This could be a great little local bike shop, if the owner could be a bit more concerned with customer service instead of making money.I have no idea why this place gets such great reviews, (unless theyre all mates of the owner of course) because every time Ive been in there I get instant bad vibes.Its true that most of the staff are very polite and experienced, but the owner has got some real attitude issues.I say this, but having recently spoken to a competitor bike shop, a lot of the best technicians have already left.Its not just me either as I have a number of friends in the bike industry who have either worked at Two Wheels or own their own shops.All of which have said exactly the same as me.The owner loves a good argument, wont help you out unless theres a profit to be made and is always right apparently.Good job there are better bikes shops in the area.

Waited a few months for my bike due to Giant back orders, was kept informed regularly by the shop, amazing service, highly recommend this shop, staff are super helpful and friendly, owner couldn’t do enough for me. Very happy customer :)

Absolutely disgraceful service abuse and attitude was all I had from this company I purchased a £6000 bike from them they then refused to help when I had an issue so I called trek (the bike manufacturer) and trek told them to do the repair and they still refused and were intimidating me to the point where I felt unsafe. I have adhd and learning difficulties and was made to feel like a criminal and that i had done something wrong and also the bike shop owner had his friend come over to me taking photos and videos of me my van and my girlfriend to intimidate me and was also threatening me and impersonating a police officer. absolutely disgusting and will never be using them again if anyone has a disability please do not go there because I do not want you to experience the abuse and threats that I did !!!

Excellent bike shop Andy and is team are always willing to help and go that extra mile to get you back on the road. Even if they can’t fit you in the repair shop they will give you genuine advice how to fix the problem yourself .Most definitely recommend Two Wheels .

Really helped me choose what option i should go for they recommend me to buy a new complete wheel instead of just changing the hub on my trek roscoe 7 and bought rear brakes from them they recommend me to get really good shop and recommend people to go here. Was really worth 30min traveling there

Great service, great prices, great staff, a shop that knows thier stuff and always there to help anyone who steps onto any kind of bike what ever thier needs. Why go elsewhere. For over 30 years they have never let me down once. Cycling is about all the above, not super flashy showrooms, full of expensive kit, the cost of which is then put onto the customer.

Bought my first bike from Two Wheels in 1981 and have used the shop on a regular basis ever since, tried others but no one can touch them in my opinion, I’m on first name terms with all the staff and they’re happy to chat, I could ya e bought a decent house buying top end bikes from Andy and the service I get now reflects their gratitude, they always knock a few £’s off any spares I buy and make me a priority even if I turn up without calling first, top dealer!

Took my bike in earlier today with a flat tyre, Halfords have tried and tried to get things right. Took it to these guys they saw to my bike straight away and fixed the problem. Top quality customer service both myself and my other half will be giving these guys our business from now on. Absolutely awesome !

After doing some research i asked two wheels in assistance with supplying parts and a little hands on. They upgraded my Viking racer with a larger cassette - for hills, a chain and a long arm derailleur. Also fitted was a quick release spindle to the correct frame sizing. They were very professional to the point where other bike shops look slow and stupid. In 1984 new speak - double plus good. Not that anyone reads George Orwell.

Shambles, asked for inner tubes of 700x23 get given 700x28 explained at the time they were the wrong size and was told like I’m stupid no they are the right size, shock horror.... they aren’tHow about giving the customer what the actually ask for rather than what you THINK. They want, will not be back again

Emailed a month ago, and a couple of times after that to get some info on a new shock for my bike, but never got a response, a little disappointing having absolutely no customer service after reading good reviews for the shop.

Great shop..... But i find some of the staff unwelcoming and very intimidating compared to other local bicycle shops.

Having read all the positive reviews about this shop, I thought I’d drive the 3 hour round trip and have a wheel rebuilt with new hub and spokes.I waited 11 days and parted with £55 for a badly built wheel. It took 3 miles for the wheel to come very ‘out of true’ and 2 spokes came so loose I could tighten with my finger.What I have now is essentially a wheel build I could have done myself.Edit: having read the reply from two cycles, regarding the advice of a re-tension etc. I feel my 1 star rating was a little harsh. Today I dropped my wheel into a LBS to re-tension and they advised it was a good build, just needed a slight tweak.Ive therefore changed my rating accordingly ☺

Fantastic shop, ive not rode a bike in 30 years, they gave me expert advice on the best bike to buy for myself and also my wife, they even fitted a child seat so we can take our 4 year old with us.

Very pleasant and understanding was my mistake I thought when they said bring wheels in to do Tyers and brake I thought I was booked in sorry didn’t know I had too book inOnly issue was made me feel a bit silly when I asked too move the brake lever over to the right instead of left I was told that everyone had left break as rear break my bad Harry main runs it on right in staid of left so just wanted too try it but hey thank for thatLook on YouTube if you don’t know him cheers
