One of the WORST ever mistakes I made by buying a home elevator from them. Sales commits everything and you will slowly start realising. If your luck is good, you may get it in a year. Coordinating for delivery date, material receipts, installation of lift etc ..is time consuming and every week there is a new requirement from them which in your remotest dream you wont realise what you signed up for. I can tell you my entire woes here but never go with them especially if it needs to be shipped from EU and installed. Worst every customer service. Except their ground staff, no one will ever bother and they are an old world company who think they can produce and we can consume.

Very poor afters sales support. If your elevator is damaged on Friday, expect them to arrive only on Monday afternoon or evening. Shared the condition of an elevator installed by this company in a government college quarters. It goes in to repair every week. Service person has no clue of what is wrong. They blame it on Flood that occurred 2 years back.No telephone for emergency. Switch 3 and another switch are interchanged because they dont have spares.Almost every person in the flat was trapped at least once. This review should stay as a legal point to sue them if something goes very nasty.

Very risky, rickety, unsafe , unreliable lift , as seen and experienced in two installations. Bad people too. They dont provide any good support.
