First time getting my nails done in ages. Asked to get normal polish manicure and pedicure. Just wanted cute nails for a short time. Was told to do gel not offered anything else. They did my man and pedi at the same time. Certainly felt rushed. Turned out to be $80 for both manicure and pedicure plus tip was $100. The next day nails were cipping and fully peeling off. I am so disappointed as this was the first time getting nails done in forever. The woman doing my toes was very rough and made me bleed. My fingers the skin near my nails is peeling since the manicure and it wasnt before. Dont go here not worth the price, time, and no quality.

I went it to get a Gel pedicure and the pedicure was fine but the polish is absolutely terrible, I got Gel and so I can’t even fix it at home. NOT worth the 50$ I paid for poor color placement on the toes. I DO NOT recommend coming here if you like a good job done.

I genuinely love going here to get my nails done. Ive gone to several other nail salons and I can say that this one is my favorite and my go to. They always can squeeze me in for an appointment when I forget to call ahead and they all seem genuinely excited about doing my nails (the nail tech and even the surrounding staff!) They are always up to do whatever crazy nail idea I bring in and they never disappoint! If youre kind to them theyre kind right back. I love this salon :)

Got gel nails on my toes and two days later half of my toes were completely missing their polish. Went back in and complained. They then tore off the rest, including the big toe one which had a beautiful design on it of a palm tree. Didnt give a regular pedicure to put them back on. wouldnt even give me a design again since the palm tree person wasnt there. Idk why they couldnt give me any design at all. Anyways, absolutely NEVER returning here again

Did not care about small details, polish is thin enough to still see the nail in some areas. Did not cover the whole nail with acrylic. Not even 24 hours later and the polish is peeling off and there are bubble. I do not recommend going to nail studio. Will not be going back. Not impressed.

Amazing job with the nails but they cut me 3 times and shaved off my skin, hurt so much but I was too shy to complain. Hopefully the cuts heal .

Daughter came here with a friend. Had an appointment but still was required to wait for half an hour. Not even 2 hours pass and a nail comes off. I picked it up and found that it was very thin. I do not believe enough product was applied to ensure secure fit. Yes she bites her nails, but shes never lost a nail before due to her biting habits. When we went back to have it repaired, they immediately blamed her for being rough. She literally just got done getting them on and we went for dinner, its not like she was playing football with them on. Needed to wait another 20 minutes before getting it repaired. I cannot recommend this nail salon.

It depends on who you get for your nails. Like the last 2 times I got acrylic nails they came off within a week however the first time I ever went they stayed for a whole month till they had to come off due to mold (which is normal it grows due to water getting trapped and not drying) however this last time I got them done by my moms nail tech. Who is amazing! He is so kind. His english is pretty good. He understands what I wanted. When he saw my nails today from the last time he was not happy. He gave me a full new set with 10 dollars off. He is amazing.

Horrible experience here! Keep your money on March 16 they charged me for a job not all way finished and till this day no refund and not trying to reach back when I left I phone number to finish my nails after covid because they were closing done they said they will call but never did don’t trust this people I reported them to the bb and they lied to bb about everything. They still kept my money but never satisfied me with any solution for my nails that I paid for. St. Cloud be careful with these thief’s

First time having my nails done here and she did a great job, but after one day they are now chipping. I did a dip polish. I paid with my debit card and they told me it did not go through? I just went ahead and paid cash and after leaving logged into my checking account and it showed the transaction. I went right back to the salon and showed them and they said it should clear in a couple days. I was skeptical, but have had pending transactions clear in the past so just took them at their word. Well today it shows that it went through. I called to let them know and after talking to two different people they asked me to call back tomorrow? So now I am out an extra $45 and my nails are chipped. I wont be going back.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. I went in to get my acrylics removed and when I finally got told to take a seat, I sat there waiting for about 10 minutes before the lady came over to start anything. She then told me she would be back in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later another person finally comes over to start on my nails. He didn’t introduce himself or anything and just started removing my nails, very roughly. He cut me in 3 different places and just laughed and blamed the nail file. He then asked if I wanted a manicure, I said no and someone else came over to confirm that I didn’t want the manicure. He started the manicure anyway, and when I told him I said no manicure he seemed angry and told me I was done and “shoo’d” me away to wash my hands. My fingers are still swollen, and in pain 8 hours later. Never. Again.

Scrubbed my foot so hard with that sponge that my skin came off.

Although the guy that did my pedi was probably a nice man he needs to clip his own nails as he kept scratching my leg. He also had a cold with sneezing and wiping his nose on his sleeve. When I asked how much he said $27. No, $37. I was charged $40 and was asked for a tip. It seemed like he had already given himself a tip so I passed. I know this place is convenient but I will never go back.

I got the ombre, pink and white, done on my nails and he did a good job with the ombre ...but the quality of the nail staying on was not satisfying at all! I got them done 9 days ago and I had to go back to get one fixed not even a week after because it was lifting off my nail. Now 9 days after all my nails are off because they all lifted off my nail, 3 fell off so I took the rest off because it looked tacky. When he did the nails ur did not form the bottom of the nail to fit tightly on my nail causing them all to lift off. Not happy I paid 50$+ for ombre and 9 days later none of the nails are on!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY AVOIDING THIS STORE!! My friends and I went in to get our nails done and he said if we want them done all at the same time to come back in about thirty min. So we came back and I got in right away and after I got my nails filled they were just getting my two other friends in....about an hour later. Also, mine and my friends nail artists were very rude and did a very poor job. It has only been a day and it looks like they have been on for 2 weeks. Since my two friends had to wait so long one artist told one friend that they would get $20 off and the other would get $5. When it was time to pay... the only took $3 off instead of $20. When we asked about it, they were extremely rude and told us they would never say that much. NOT IMPRESSED.

This place is terrible. Not even 4 days later and almost all of my nails are off. Guy was super rude and cut me during the process. He’d get up and leave me sitting for 10 minutes during the process. Don’t go here.

She broke my nail half off, the entire manicure hurt and I wasn’t even getting acrylics, she filed my nails so my nail bed is slanted and looks like there’s a dent in all of my nails, stabbed me with her long nails the entire time, put 3 coats of polish on one hand and 2 on the other, didn’t talk to me the whole time. And to top it off there’s polish making my nails sick to my fingers and all over my fingers. Never had such a bad manicure in my life. And even better- they wouldn’t give me my money back. Will never come back here.

Got acrylics here and 2 of my nails now have fungus. Doctor said it’s from them not cleaning their equipment properly 🤮. not to mention the first day I got the acrylics, one fell off. 3 more fell off within a week. don’t waste your money.

Absolutely ridiculous! I am the maid of honor for a wedding and my bride just messaged me freaking out because this salon managed to mess up pretty much everything. They couldnt do the design she wanted or even something similar. Didnt have anything close to the colors she wanted (Which were not ridiculous colors). They shaped the nails wrong, wrong length, got paint all over her hands, and even managed to CUT her hand because they werent paying attention. Wretched. I cant believe they even charged her after all that.

My first experience with this place was wonderful. I had broken a nail off that I got done somewhere else and they were the only nail salon open. The nail they fixed was much better than the rest I had, and it was only $5. I was loyal to my old nail place, but after getting my nail replaced here, I decided maybe I should try them again for a full set. I went in today and girl doing my nails didn’t say anything to me until she asked if I wanted a full set. I said yes, with white tips, much more simple than what I usually get. So she did my nails, not talking to me at all besides saying to go wash my hands. I had noticed that after she did the acrylic the middle finger on my left hand still had a lump at the end, which I assumed she’d fix when filing them. She didn’t, it’s still there. I would normally just accept it and move on, but after they were done I went to pay. There was a lady in line in front of me so I had time to look around, I was looking at the price menu to see about how much it would be. An acrylic set was $30, and I didn’t ask or get anything special so I assumed that is how much it would be. For a back story, I usually will pay, and give a tip in cash because that is what most nail salons prefer. I usually tip $5. I get up to the desk and she tells me it’s $35... I just paid and didn’t leave a tip because it was clear that she included it in the price she gave me. If I want long, matte, coffin shaped nails I might come back. But if I want something simple, Foxy Nails will do it for $25. Not so mention, they are much more polite.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!! Asked to have my dip nails removed and a clear gel... They gave me a top coat over bare nails and cut it horrendously. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been a client of Nail Studio since it opened over 23 years ago. Lynn has done my nails all those years. She is amazing and her husband Tam is wonderful too.

Always have a quality pedicure when I come here. Never feel like I’m being rushed through the door or skimped on a service.

I have never had a really bad experience with a nail salon. Went here and to start, they are REALLY expensive, & literally none of them could speak English. Anyways. 2 hours after leaving I messed my toe polish up because it STILL was not dry!! (WTH?!) my mother and little sister also messed their polish up about an hour after we left! Ugh super upset. Paid $183 and to be messed up with still wet polish an hour + later ? Never going back.

The man did sloppy sloppy work!! His wife worked on my nails while he worked on my daughters. He ripped off part of her nail and then later when she went back to complain about the sloppy work he tried to file off the Polish from the sides of her nail with the power file and cut her again! Now she is bleeding and asking for a discount. He would not acknowledge that she was bleeding! She told him to give her a bandaid. Finally gabe a bandaid and he gave her $5 bill back. Big deal! Will not return!! He sat next to his wife so my theory is that he doesnt even have a license (I did not see his license card)she seemed to be constantly telling him what to do. There are alot of othwr nail places to choose from. Go to one of those instead!!! They have horrible customer service too. If they had acknowledged their mistake and even given half of her money back I may not have written here, but they didnt!

I will never go back to this nail studio.He overcharged me, kept the change he owed me, and rushed me in and out so fast, I hardly could pick out my nail color.

I had my nails filled there and one nail fixed and to start the visit the nail tech hit the tin light with the electric dremel which made me nervous from the start. He then knocked my left hand middle finger with it and it really hurt and burned! The nail tech next to us did 2 girls nails and I was still there! I just noticed yesterday that my thumb nails are 2 different lengths. Horrible Experience!!

I got acrylic nails done here and they broke within 5 days. I will not be going back and I dont reccomend.

I got my nails done here less than 2 weeks ago &4 of them are already broken. I called&asked if they could fix them &they said theyre not responsible. Mind you i had them done at Kims Nails before & none of them broke&i had them about a month&a week. Their customer service was trash &the man was rude the entire time i was there.

Paid 40 dollars for a full set. They fell off a week later. Went in and they said they could only help me if I spent 30 more dollars.
