I had the pleasure of having my bridal shower at Catties Flower Cafe and I couldnt be happier that I did!The cafe was beautifully decorated, from the ceiling to every wall, with flowers and plants - which made you feel as if you were in a beautiful flower garden. I was able to book the entire cafe for my event for the added privacy. Not only did the high tea stands look amazing, they tasted were delicious! My cake was divine and looked gorgeous next to the peacock chair and sign.The extra details and finishing touches Cattie and her staff put in made my day even more special. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and accomodating and all of my guests had such a good time! I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to have a grand but reasonably priced high tea event!
Polite, kind and very professional.Great food as well.Didn’t even know our order got delayed, but they acknowledged first and served extra dish for free of charge apologising for the delay.Something beyond my expectation.Very good atmosphere, nicely decorated by beautiful flowers, and there are some attractive small goods we can buy.Will definitely come back again, and would recommend to my Friends and family.
I thought this place looks awesome, its so aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I enjoyed my Fruit Apple Tea, but its more ice than tea. I finished it in 5 sips. I also had the fresh rice rolls on the menu one with Lemon Grass Beef and the other with Caramelized Chicken. I think their still learning the ropes. Its quite pricey for for food that you get but its not like any other dessert place Ive been which serves both savoury and sweets. They have deals for high tea and yum cha before 2:00 pm.Its a very magical place, like a secret garden in St.Clair.
Omg this place is so good, highly recommend the fluffy pancakes. They are a little slow to cook but well worth the wait. Hubby and I shared a breakfast platter which was enough to satisfy us both and was so fresh and yummy.Add in the beautiful atmosphere, being surrounded by fresh flowers, friendly staff and this is a perfect place to enjoy a hot tea, a sweet snack and some time with friends.
I had the had high tea here and it was delicious and beautifully presented. I was really happy they had both Vegetarian AND Vegan options available, as well as a normal option with meat. The staff were also really nice and accommodating.
Great little gem of a place, and to think it’s at St. Clair!Staff are nice and service was good. Ambiance was welcoming and relaxing.Food and beverages was good, but the servings could have been a bit bigger. Don’t feel the price of $14.90 for the Crackling Pork Burger was right, thought the burger could have been bigger.
We had a lovely time enjoying our high tea. It is beautifully decorated and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to the young lady who served us today, who looked after us ( and our special requirements) so well. Looking forward to coming back on the next school holidays

Wasnt very happy with the high tea. Has been here many times and enjoyed it but this time it wasn’t good. Service wasn’t good. With high tea, usually tables are nicely set up with flowers, it was nothing like that. No flower vase on the table, wasn’t even given plates and cutlery, I had to ask for them.
This cafe looks amazing, the food presents well, however is flavourless. I ordered the fluffy pancakes and was told they would take 15 minutes, half an hour later they arrived and they tasted like egg, not at all what pancakes should taste like. My hot chocolate was tasteless more like a warm milk.
My family had the Easter High Tea .today . It was a fabulous experience from start to finish . From the stunning decorations to the delish food . The young girl serving us was amazing . The children had a wonderful time , and the Easter activity table cloth was an added bonus . We will definitely be booking again .
Floristea is a great place for a little snack. Ive visited once before to have bubble tea here and it was really good. I came back not long ago to further try out other items on their menu. Before, when I first had their bubble tea I ordered through the Express Window on the side not knowing that they actually sold more than just bubble tea.During my second return, I sat down and looked through their menu. Ill be honest with you, they have a very large option in regards to their dishes although it is very expensive especially in this area. I ordered multiple things from the menu such as the Fluffy Pancakes, Baos, Scones and Tea set, Pineapple rice and Western High Tea for two.The fluffy pancakes were very fluffy and definately Instagram worthy but I dont think theyre worth $17.00. I also orders the pork belly bao which was amazing, then I also ordered the scones and tea set which was also amazing, the pineapple rice was alright and the Western High tea was alright but was on the pricier side of things.My family and I are travellers and we have travelled to many countries and cities around the world and we have tried many different cusines from around the world so we are pros when reviewing foods. Floristea is definately a 3 star for me only because of the price and the alright food for me.Floristea is definetely a good place and has a large potential to grow but with prices almost the same or more expensive than what you can get in the city why bother coming here. I think the owners need to understand that they need to lower the prices down to stand out within the competitors.Overall a 3 star for me and my family.

Worst experience - I ordered and was charged but my flowers were never delivered. And it was only that I followed up that they realised this. Customer service appalling and overall terrible experience.

During these uncertain times floristea created a lovely mother’s day high tea selection to provide a special treat for your loved ones.As I went to check out my mother’s day order I made a massive mistake and the owner went above and beyond to organise a way to fix it for me. They were absolutely lovely and has amazing customer service! And I just wish I lived in Sydney so I could order a box for myself they look absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to hear back how it tastes and I can’t wait for restrictions to be lifted to go and visit the tea room.

What a hidden gem in the middle of St Claire. It is must on your bucket list. Its a good detour on the way to the Blue Mountains. Love love love.

Service was sad,they didnt come to our table to service us, we had to order at counter,then they brought out the wrong cake, priced at around $8, when the correct cake came out, called chocolate delight , I cracked the top and lifted it up to find mould,utterly gross, the owner was not there because she was sick ,Id say for mould to be present it is old produce and incorrect temperature control,very very disappointing.Shall not be going there again,overpriced and service is sad.This is inexcusable.
