My significant other recently purchased 2 sets of glasses for a grand total of almost $1100. I understand Covid being an issue, but it SHOULD NOT detract from customer service and quality. When glasses were ready, he had to pick them up like a pizza for carryout. No adjustments. Nothing. The second set that took longer had the nosepiece break off before even wearing. Now need an appointment for that issue. I do NOT recommend this place at all. For the price they charge they could at least provide excellent customer service.

Dr. Caister and his friendly, professional team worked me in for a same-day appointment when I had a scary issue with my eye. Ive seen him for routine eye exams, contact lenses and glasses. They do a fantastic job and utilize state-of-the-art equipment and evaluation methods. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the highest level of optometric care.
