We lost all our family pictures all the way back to 2004 on the external hard drive. After other positive experiences with A-1 we started there. Unfortunately A-1 was unable to recover them. But the reason they get 5 stars is because of how they handled the case. They were careful not to delete any data and were very aware of their recovery abilities and let us know ahead of time what they were looking for and what the limitations were. They also referred us to an excellent forensic data recovery company who, thankfully, were able to recover the data. It was a case that their most senior tech had to take. So in our experience A-1 techs are professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

My son took his computer tower in to have hardware he bought installed. They installed it and two weeks later it was back to screen freezing and getting to ( why he bought a myriad of various fans to put in). He called and the reply was best we could do with the equipment he bought, this business failed to remember they sold him the needed parts too. Over 600 bucks for nothing! Dont go and do t trust if your rebuilding your computer..

I went here for an issue with my work laptop and Kyle was very upfront and helpful. My issue was internal and had to be investigated further. I left the laptop and the next day Kyle called to inform me it was just a loose wire. I really appreciate their honesty and promptness in getting my issue resolved. They are absolutely the Best computer guy’s in St. Clair and I highly recommend them.

I have always found the knowledgeable, professional experts there to be courteous, patient, and immediate in response to any problems presented. They have found solutions, offered suggestions, or fixed equipment in every instance.

I dropped my laptop and it wouldnt turn on so I took right into A-1 computers and my laptop went into sleep mode thats why it would turn on, so got it back without any charge to which I gavethem money anyway cause they were fast and very very friendly!!!

They have always been intelligent and professional. A local bussiness that was started by a young woman and has grown over the years. I ALWAYS recommend A1 Computers to everyone.
