We had a couples massage. Our therapists were both very professional and relaxing. Mine was the best Ive had, which is saying a lot! The nail tech was gentle and relaxing. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. Altogether a great experience. Cant wait till next time!

Best massage ever!!! We had a couples massage tonight, Stephanie was Fantastic! I was so relaxed, her pressure point work on my feet was Amazing! My husbands therapist worked hard on his back. We had such a Wonderful experience, Thank you!!!

Sherry was very kind and accommodating and did a wonderful job on my Mani and Pedi! Adrian was an amazing massage therapist, and made me feel stress free. I loved the whole experience! The check in was quick and easy and the ladies were incredibly kind, the steam sauna and 360 shower were fabulous. Thank you for making my experience wonderful!

I have had wonderful past experiences at this spa, but to continue to not inform the public by maintaining a communication on your website is unprofessional. I can understand if the common areas can not be made available but can’t you come up with add ons to the services to compensate us? Or extra time, or products? Reduced prices? I have a friend sitting on 300$ and I have 200$. We are frustrated and feel by now a B plan should be implemented.I really hope you are not going to permanently close and leave us out of luck! I have called several times and know you are saying once opened “our gift certificates will be good for a year after that,”. please don’t reply saying that.

Last time I was in St Charles I came to this spa at the Ameristar Resort, it was one of the best spas I’ve ever visited. Being able to relax at this spa really helped me disencumber, relieving me of all of my frustrations and worries.I visited again April 5th 2021 but it’s closed! Is it reopening soon?

Not worth your time and money. We traveled very far to go to this spa and the weather was very bad. We arrive late and never were we told that we were going to only get 30 minutes of our 50 min. Massage. After, because there was no one else we were told that they were closing because of the weather. We understand weather can be an issue (us being late) but to charge us full price and not give us our whole time (knowing there was no one next) and to not let us enjoy anything else offered. ( to make up for the short and expensive massage) The young lady at the counter did not seem to care how we felt. They should have mentioned all of these things to us when we checked in!! (We would have rescheduled and went back to our hotel and waited the snow) So for $280 we got a 30 min. Massage and were told we needed to leave after. Never will we come back! This spa does not care about you!!!!! They want your money and that’s all you are to them. Word of mouth is the best way to make business and we will be sure to share our experience.

Ara Spa provides an amazing spa experience. The quality of service and what you pay for is way better than the Four Seasons Spa (Downtown St. Louis. Give them a try if you havent I guarantee youll enjoy it.

This spa is nice, I love the access to a hot tub, steam room and sauna. You can also order some food or something to drink. I prefer the facials to the massage, they are really nice!

The is the BEST Spa in the area, I have been in Spas in Vegas, and Ara is right up there with Vegas style pampering! I have been getting a gift certificate for years from my husband. I could care less about any other gift, except this one! They make you feel like your the only person there. I would highly recommend making an ARA day for yourself!

My daughter got a Pedicure, this Spa is not what they make it seem, they are overpriced for a service you can get anywhere for twice as less. We wanted to order wine and a snack, they said itll take 30min or more, why not have wine or beverages in the Spa area or a small drink/food place near it or by the pool. I personally would recommend just paying $30.00 to use the Steam room area and pool, however go to another Spa that is more customer service friendly and gives you the quality of service for the price you paid.

The spa is fantastic but I had a LOT of problems with the front desk ladies. I couldnt find my gift certificate and they had no way of looking it up. At first she was going to charge me the full amount for cancelling day of but I obviously was cancelling because I didnt have the tender. Anyhow, I ended up finding it and being able to enjoy a spa day but they dont know customer service or how to operate a business.

It might be common in America to have separate Male and Female spa facilities but it wasnt made clear in the booking or online. The facilities all be it full of nice decor felt sterile and cold. Being inside a spa on your own might be other peoples idea of fun but it isnt mine.The massage I received was average at best and to be told at the end that I was maybe mistaken to only take a 50minute massage instead of 80 minutes by the masseuse wasnt a great way to end. Especially as when I checked out I was greeted by a 20% gratuity already added to my total. If the Ara spa cannot pay a good living wage to their staff when there prices are so high something is very wrong.3 stars is because the appearance was nice but it wasnt relaxing nor was it a pleasant experience to be treated as someone only for their money and not for their pleasure

Best spa Ive ever been in hands down.

Always a fabulous time! Go for a great massage and a luxurious full day in the spa and indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs.

So serene and beautifully laid out, well worth the price.
