The room was good and spacious. The staff was welcoming and cooperative. The food was superb. The AC wasnt working as expected. Location was nice as well.Please do try Chicken Rogan Josh, it was mouth-watering and one of the best recipes I have ever eaten.

The hotel building is well built and highly techno advanced like automatic light sensors etc. The room was amazing, very spacious, properly ventilated, aircooled and well equiped with centralized heating facility . We stayed there for three nights. The owner Mr Nazir gave personal attention to every guest, he is very soft spoken, you will feel at home. The hotel staff was very helpful specially the man Tawseef you must meet him. Also the food, vegetarian food is easily available and tasty too. They will guide you for tourist destination and cab service is also nice at affordable prices. overall it was a pleasant stay.

Awesome ambience and food. It was in the list while on my way to Ladakh. Firni.. 🤘, Staff behaviour, owner interaction, food 😊 everything stood at a particular level. In addition, the morning view from window was something really worth.. #402😎.

More than anything. I loved the excellent service and warm treatment from the owner and the whole staff. They were trying to fulfill even our most outrageous demands with a smile in their faces. They were sold out, still they opened their non operating rooms for us. Special mention to the chef for delicious food.

Yes its perfect and genuine service via opera inn. When I entered in hotel there staff gives welcome drink like a kahwa. Special I like room size 182 squarefoot. Its value for money deal via goibiboIts clean room and large TV, wifi, safety and staff well treated

Excellent location, close to Dal Lake and main market but still away from hustle and bustle of the city. We got a complimentary airport pick up though it was not in package. Early check in was allowed and we got our room ready when we arrived.They arranged taxi and driver Mukhtar bhai was so knowledgeable about everything about Kashmir, he also ensured that we got the right deal at every tourist spot.Hotel had central heating, most hotels in Srinagar dont. Rooms are more spacious than any other , newly constructed and well maintained. Staff is very courteous and cooperative.Restaurant is excellent for both veg and non veg food.

Right from check in to check out .. everything was so smooth.. the staff was friendly and very helpful. Faizan the owner was very accommodative. I travelled to srinagar with my parents who are senior citizens.. Faizan took great care that the heating of the room was taken care of and gave us an upgrade too... the Chef at the restaurant made sure that the food was as per our taste and requirement .. the breakfast that was served at the restaurant also was great on all 3 days

Food service was worst. But hotel rooms were good. But the awesome thing was lobby and lift was super hi-tech.

We stayed for 7 days in Opera Inn, we were 11 people. Our stay was awesome, hotel staff was very warm and helping. Hotel is newly constructed and have very good rooms with centralised heating facilities.Mr. Nazir (owner) and his son Faizan both are very humble and helping person. I recommend everyone to stay if you’re looking for a place not very expensive and with all the services :)

Everything was broken. no heater. coffee cups were not clean. everything was broken in washroom. bad food. there was nothing that we can say was good here.
