It was great for the behaviour of staff, hospitality and food. We enjoyed the stay over the period of 6days. The space is really well maintained. This place altogether offers a charismatic view of dal lake and mountains nearby from sitting space associated with Dal view resort.

Awesome hospitality, unexpectedly rooms were also good, should visit for a serene and calm experience...

We stayed for two nights and it is a Good stay. Nazir is helpful and speaks English. Theres Shikara to take you to ghat from boat house. We loved the complimentary breakfast and food is good. The rooms are spacious and hotwater is not a problem. Room heater is not free and you got to pay INR 500 for a day.People are friendly over here.Pros:1. Free boat ride on your own2. Breakfast3. Dal view resort is nothing more like resort. It is like a good hotel in front of Dal lake Srinagar. Bedding, bathroom and room is very much neat and clean. Electric blankets are available for extreme weather conditions. Staffs are very much cooperative and customer friendly. Food are delicious.

I was with them for 5N and 6D from 17th Oct to 22nd Oct and experience with them was extremely good. I highly recommend them.Place itself is not extra-ordinary but their staff members are too good. Ranging from care taker, driver and owner itself. They take care of each and every thing starting from change of room to serving a specific dish for kids like.Further break fast and Dinner they serve was like home made and very delicious. Overall more than value for money package.

Nice Location & View from the Houseboat...However the Pick & Drop with Shikara from Ghat to Houseboat is payable...should be complimentary for Guests
