Worest ever hospitality..rude behaviour n worest management

Excellent hotel , clean rooms , amazing food and the best part was the hospitality. One incident where we urgently needed some medicine in emergency and Srinagar was closed due to strike , mujeeb bhai (owner) travelled 20 kms to get us the medicine at night around 11 , I don’t think any hotel in India would do that. Also , they were very honest in guiding us as to what places to visit and what price to pay at each place (which is very crucial in peak season cos there is a plethora of advisors and all come with business interest ).Just land at this place and forget everything , they will own your trip like theirs own and plan to the last level of detail

This is a motel run by a bunch of imbicles who do not know what service means. Food was bad, rooms uncomfortable, bathroom windows opened to the common staircase, not safe for women and horrible location - it’s far away from all sites and becomes a ghost lane after 8 pm with dogs barking all night. Avoid at all costs! Better hotels situated next to Dal and around that area. This motel is run by bachelors for unsuspecting out of state visitors. Families should avoid as all rooms are on high floors and there are no lifts. Plus, the owner seems to be a Pakistani sponsored Kashmiri separatist.

Extremely warm host, the property owner and care taker both treated us like family, extremely caring and well behaved, this hotel made us feel like home. They provided us with Powerblankets and hot blowers in room to keep us warm.loved it

It is hotel with decent ambience with a bad hospitality as well as even worse facility. Location of the hotel is also very inconvenient as well as weird. Dont book this online, and if you go there you are definitely not going to book it.. :--

Very clean room and the staff and owner of the place is very friend and helpful.

Service was not good. Food quality was very poor. Rooms are not having proper outside view from windows...feels like caged in....very interior. I wud suggest tourists not to opt for this hotel. It is advisable to book hotels near dal lake as this point is near to other tourist attractions like Chashme shahi, mughal garden etc and also this is on the route to Sonmarg or Pahalgam

Very very bad experience .. Maple is the name of the owner who is bahot bada cheater hai Online jo facilities are not available anywhere Uske owner has been cheating for 3000 rs jayada le liye. I want to go to Maple inn me ..
