Best hotel in kashmir according to budget also. Hotel staff are the best. Everyone this is hotel you should book nearby dal lake and on road hotel. Very great hotel.

Pathetic service!I personally wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who is in for a beautiful vacationThe hotel staff managed to give you freezing cold water in 0° temp as their geysers stopped working.Basic services like towels was not provided for the guests.. when asked for the staff told us he can provide us with used unwashed towels as the rest all was in the laundry.They are least bothered to provide you with the basic necessities keeping the weather in mindPoor service and nasty piece of work.Bad job!

Very nicely done rooms with adequate baggage space. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Delicious food too. Commendable service and hospitality by all the staff. Mr Farooq is a very cooperative and helpful host and a genuine person. Me and my friends really had a nice time staying there.

Hotel Holiday Villa is located in Khanyaar... It is a very good Hotel. THE infrastructure is awesome. It is looking like a Palace. It is outstanding

Ok.... When you stay in budget hotel, you should have budget expectations. Ok rooms & parking. Bad service. Internet mostly not working (though not suspended by Administration). Rude behaviour of manager or owner (? )who was sitting on sofa in Reception area. He just ignores your questions & that hurts. Customer friendly atmostphere has to improve.
