The location is superb, juat a few min walk to amazing river stream. The bunglow is well designed with good kitchen facility. My care take Riyaz took good care and made it comfortable. The owner also had few other guest and it was amazing to interact with locals and they are very welcoming. The owner, Mr. Basharat was a great host. It aas pleasure interacting. Food was delicious and stay was comfortable .you can easily avoid the city chaos and enjoy the real kashmir feel at Cherry tree.

The Cherry Tree Resort is located in a romantic green Valley, next to a fresh river. The region is quit, calm and peaceful, even though Srinagar and Dal lake is really close by. A lot of activity options are easily found in Srinagar. We had a warm welcome by the owner and his crew. We enjoyed a nice, traditional diner which was cooked with love. The owner and his crew where very helpful to us, in finding the right opportunitys for hiking and other activities. Hiking in the valley, where the hause is located is awesome. We met shepherds who where all very kind and offered us tee and fresh backed bread. Even though you can see, they do not have much to share, they did not hesitate. In the valley we travelled back in time during the facilities of the Cherry Tree Resort are modern and spacey. We enjoyed our stay very much, and can only recommend.

Location of the Cherry Tree Home Stay can be well described as LITTLE PARADISE with a powerful stream of mountain water in the front passing through the property with abundant NATURE all around. Garden bears a natural savage look. Raj Mittal
