Food here is as good as other KFC outlets but the service is way below average. There are three billing machines but only one of them is used to take the order. More professionalism and customer-centric service is needed.

What a disaster of a KFC, stale buns, diluted soft drinks, couldn’t find any sauce in my burger, no order placement management. Don’t understand why they have such a quality in Kashmir only and how people still go there.

Food is delicious but they loot you for VAT, TAT, MAT & RAT Taxes! They will ask you about extra smoke extra cream unnecessary offers which youll not understand and you just say yes! And a ₹599 bucket will become ₹1049 in value and the food remains the same. wtffffff

As we all know, KFC is one of the most popular food chain in the world. In Kashmir it is new entry. This restaurant situated in a small mall near Lal Chowk and infront of S.P.College Srinagar.

Not the best of experiences but still a very good one. Chicken wasnt as expected or what I have seen in ads, it was of average taste.

I visited the KFC outlet for the first time in Srinagar today and I had a horrible experience. The dine in experience is pathetic, it is very unhygienic , I have seen fast food joints having better washrooms than the dine in tables that I saw today. I wonder how such a brand can have such a poorly managed outlet operational. I reached out to the Store manager as well ( Mr Vijay ). I would not recommend anyone to visit for dine in at all , dont even think of visiting with your family. The food was average, I ordered a mingles bucket and the food was just piled up as if I had visited a roadside food cart, the taste was way below the average KFC Standard, the fries were stale and I am still recovering from this terrible experience.

Good to be there, nice staff and cool place, varieties of food and lots of happiness. Ample parking and good safety guards.Adhering to all safety norms and covid precautions protocol.Staff is helpful and nice in greeting.Good to be there.

Good place but can be improved more.There should be a screen which shows your token number that whether the food is ready for your table or not, because when the place gets busy... its difficult to hear their voice.

Kfc is just a brand. Food is Not so tasty . The local food restaurants are better. Also the service is not too good just average.Visit some other place in my opinion.

Before trying it out for myself, I heard lots of negative comments about KFC Srinagar.But after first hand experience, I can say that its not that bad. I mean the chicken was decent although it was a bit oily.Overall it was a fair experience.

Edit:Raw chicken Served!3 days ago i went to your M. A Road newly opened frenchise KFC. The food was straight out bad not the kfc i used to have. So anyways decided give this another try and went back yesterday so i ordered chicken striped with extra dips and classic zinger burger. Due to current situation we had to take away as dine is not an option. So took my order headed out. First of all there were no dips in the order even though i was charged for them as you can check on the bill.The chicken in zinger burger was raw. I dont know what made the owner think on cost cutting and having the best restaurant that received such incredible response is compromising the brand KFC as we know it. Previously i gave him the benefit of doubt but now that is not an option as the food is terrible. You either close the frenchise or look into it.

The worst ever KFC outlet.. The chicken was half cooked, smelly and dry. The staff werent friendly. There is no match with the KFC outlets in middle east. I would rate the quality of chicken served as poor.

Food was better this time, although the quantity is far less than what I am used at Metros. The menu isnt as diverse as well. Atleast my favourites, the zinger and spicy chicken bucket tasted good. Would like a bit more choices in the drinks like the minty mojitos, choco shake

Food quality is fabulous. The chicken is well done. Ive seen oil dripping off my chicken in other KFCs. Not here. The ambience is also good. The mall where this establishment is located equals international standards and is right there in the heart of lalchowk.

Worst experience ever ordered 5 burgers ..Chicken was hard myoneise was in open box sauce was only limited for pack order frontdesk mismanagement not giving order on particulars tokens have to wait at least 25 min for 5 burger and once I asked pls do it fast executive said system is not working pls wait sometime....Never go again and never suggest anyone for the same .....

Delay in service after 25 minutes I took my order without any rush and the employee calling was annoying once he was calling customers for order.

I was in there yesterday 9th june, i love kfc i always order no. 13, good stuff. 1star is for lack of knowledge or the associate didnt want to give any discount as they had put up a offer stand in front from Axis Bank stating to give 15% discount on credit/debit cards on purchases above rs850 which i did, the associate at the counter told me that i will get an OTP on my no. From the bank regarding the discount which clearly is not the case as i have claimed this offer before outside of j&k. I paid the full amount of rs1010, as i did not want to argue with the person, and told him if there is no discount they should not keep the offer stand in front.

Very poor service, most of the time they dont have half the products and are badly understaffed. Thrice Ive been served reheated food which after the reheating would have gone extremely hard and tasteless. The chicken popcorn smells of stale oil.It seems they cook everything once in the morning and then keep selling it by reheating it, till they run out of the items and then calmly say that its not available.This franchise of KFC is the worst Ive ever been too. If this review is being read by anyone from KFC HQ, please take heed, these guys will ruin ur reputation forever. You guys need to do a serious surprise audit of this franchise or rest assured someone will definitely sue you for serving stale food and extremely poor service.
