Cosy and calm place to stay in Srinagar. Very near to the Dal lake and Nishat gardens.The food they serve for breakfast and dinner is delicious and will truly satisfy the tourists staying there.The housekeeping staff are warm and welcoming, the garden area is truly amazing and is good for relaxation and walk after dinner ;) you can even shop for carpets and shawls as they own a carpet business and have a good showroom within the premises.Overall a good place to stay and to click pics aswell as the ambience of the whole place is great.

Rooms are good.Spacious place.Staff is courteous and cooperative.Food prices are reasonable.One issue we faced is food delivery time. We ordered dinner and received after 1 hour. After complaint we came to know that chief Chef is on leave and others wete facing difficulty in managing the orders. Suggestion - hire 1-2 more chefs.We had a pleasant stay.

Jamal Resorts in a calm serene place Located near Nishat Garden and Shalimar Garden, it is Just half an our old away from Srinagar Airport. Our clients stayed there gave only positive feed back, It is having a huge space, two to three lawns, You can have candle light dinner in down stairs garden, it is most beautiful one can imagine. They have some panelling Rooms also. They also selling carpets and are offering 20% discount to guests, staying in their Resort. Having very nice experience at Jamal Resorts. Very good Management. Another good part about the Hotel is the fact that the people work here are very amicable and that is something which you will notice a lot in kashmir,In all Ill go with 4 on 5 for the decent food and good staff

The property is good, however the maintenance is pretty bad. Also their WiFi was almost always non functional. And they did not even try to fix the issue on complaint. Regardless of how good the property one would be, if the service and hospitality isnt good, its of no use.Geyser was not working. Ac was not working and they said what can they do about it ?

Its a good hotel. Neat and clean. Huge parking area. A small garden and a restaurant. They have open restaurant too. The food is good and the hospitality is also amazing. Hardy 7-10 min away from the Dal lake and Nishat Garden. The only problem with the property is that is away from the main Dal Gate and Market. Room are also good and well heated.

My stay was pleasant at Jamal resort. Rooms had proper heating. But you should know that it quite far away from market and Dal lake. For leisure go ahead for Jamal resorts best stay just to relax. But people who wants to explore around plz find a stay around Dal lake

Great place, well located. Hospitality of all staff was great, especially the housekeeping team of 3, Majid, Tarik and Altaf were always on their toes and ready to help.

Food was awesome and reasonable price here. Rooms were great and great staff and services. But it is 12 km from main dal lake points and market. So if you want to stay near market or boat ride then dont go for it. Although it is resort but there are no facilities of resorts like games , swimming pool, activities etc. It just have a garden. But you can enjoy peaceful stay here.

The rooms were bad. The Ac was not functional.They said use the fan as it will become cold later. The breakfast which was packed had rotten apples. The management is really bad.

Beautiful Property with attractive interior.Staff is humble and helpful.The resort have alot of space.Big rooms and well maintained.Clean bathrooms.Parking available.Calm and peace place.Full of natural vibes.Food is good and tasty.Interior and exterior is well.Table Tennis available.Trust worthy.Price is genuine.The only thing is its around 10 kms from the Main Dal Lake. They should add swimimg pools in it and few activities for children.

Very much rude and unprofessional attitude. As per hotel staff their policy states to have food at common place by buffet service. When question was raised why such rules are followed at times of COVID they argued that they will follow their policy and social distancing would be maintained Also the staff was so arrogant that he proposed if meal was served at room we would be charged for food and services , which was already being paid beforehand.And real time no covid protocol was followed. We have to check out after 1 night where we had booking for 2 nights. There are lots of other hotels at Srinagar,please dont go and spoil your holiday

Jamal Resorts a peaceful area.with huge space.service is very good.Room offered is small 122.had lunch in the restaurant and was offered arabian dish and chicken breast.it is really awasome,so delicious food.but they dont have hair dryers in room.,have to call reception for this.any way good for all ,people must stay

But you can gear up with your restaurant service .Our stay in your resort was amazing and it was a remarkable trip for my family.Best part of the resort is the the location and the pricing.This is probably my go to resort in Srinagar.

The property is good, however the maintenance is pretty bad. We have booked super deluxe room so that we will have better features when compared to deluxe room ( only difference is tub with extra sofa in room for both). However, tub itself is non functional and bathroom window is half open which did not seem safe. When requested to get it closed, they just brushed it off.Also their WiFi was almost always non functional. And they did not even try to fix the issue on complaint. Regardless of how good the property one would be, if the service and hospitality isnt good, its of no use.

Ok hotel bit inside from the dal lake still its not that bad its ok. The rooms are ok not very spacious prices are on high side . Staff is nice but food is also just ok not very good. Cut 1 star for location and 1 star for pricing of rooms.

Resort location, ambience is good.But room service is not so good.For simple things like towel, plates, glasses you have to call them 3-4 times. Then you got irritated.Towels were not clean ,even came from laundry towels are somewhat patchy.Not at all satisfied with room service.

Its okay for a stay but dont expect a good meal from them they have a good property but rooms are not good enough for the price even we ordered some snacks in the evening and they were too late like we ordered on 5:00pm we dot our food 6:30 pm and the one of the staff member was sent to bring stuff for food I gave 2 star only for staff was veryFriendly though the location was great

Wow. Wow. Wow. This resort is still memorable. Even though this resort is quite far from city. The stay here is still memorable. Down the memory lane 5 years ago I had been here and just loved the stay here. Had stayed for 3 days and all I can say about the place is just amazing. Has a playing place maybe a table tennis board where I enjoyed a lot playing tt. Then there is Jamal carpet factory and omg this carpet is damm expensive. The rooms are really excellent. The quality of service, room service, food, behavior and everything is amazing. Makes us feel like we are at home. Had been through Coxs and Kings and definitely they gave a good 3star but its worth a 5 star rating. If you goin. You can definitely stay here. Well recommended

They have a nice mosque overlooking the main facade/garden. Stopped at Jamal resorts on my way to Shalimar on a nice evening with my grandparents. Excellent, spacious parking and very nice atmosphere. Didnt enter the showroom as we were getting late. Thats for another day! If youre a tourist in Srinagar visiting the gardens do visit them :)

Not recommended at all. Food service is very poor.Double confirm room category keys given to customer.I booked Super delux but gave us Delux rooms. When cross checked again later they gave us super delux room. They can lie to customer also very easily.Importantly picture shown in TripAdvisor or MMT about exterior are not of Hotel. It is Carpet shop.That also misguided us.Do not recommend the hotel at all

Food was not hot and tasty. Room service was good but in super deluxe room, there is lack of service of water, no recharge on tv, wifi was not working. Even phones in room was not working so faced lots of problem in contacting to housekeeping staff

We have booked three rooms in this resort well in advance (three months). Our tour was planned in Feb, which is off season in Srinagar. When we reached at the hotel in the evening , came to know that only one room was available instead of three. We requested the manager and argued also as we have done advance booking. Suddenly, the supply manager told us that we have no room available for you. Supply manager language was rough and loud. We then call booking agency, they called the resort manager but failed. Booking agency called us and informed us that they have arranged another resort for that day. Finally, after an hour or more, we got the rooms and surprisingly all rooms of the ground floor was vacant.The room heater was not working and hot water was leaking from the heater. Our driver was in the car and we requested hotel manager to provide the blanket but management not provided a single blanket to drive. The out side temperature was around 0 degree.
