Excellent hotel. Small but elegant property. The only downside is that it doesnt have an open garden or area but beyond that everything else is just awesome!

Hotel ch2 is approx 13-14 kms away from the airport.Location wise good .Cooperative staff. Enthusiastic.Full marks for security as well .Rooms spacious and hygiene.Neat and clean hotel but one i dnt like about is hotel food. Items in Breakfast were delicious but not in dinner. Pretty upset .Wifi was also not working sometimes .Rest I really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel with the g8 taste, its not that much outer! Good for those have vehicle to drive them through dal lake and other places! If you are here, you should definitely had from here only. But they dont have kashmiri wajwan platter which you are required to eat from Adoos! Mattress are quite old so dont have comfortable sleep!! Rest all fine

One of the best place to stay in Srinagar. Staff are well behaved and rooms are good with all types of amenities. They have very good restaurant with chef ready to cook anything from outside menu.

My experience was great. The hotel staff is polite and awesome. Food is great. Nice warm hospitality. I just felt 4000+taxes per night was a bit on the higher side. 3000+taxes is the best as per my opinion. However, in spite of all, a great place to stay. Has a wine shop right next to the hotel considering there are only 3 wine shops in whole Kashmir.

Worst experience over priced. Smell in the washroom and there is lot of noise. Food is too oily. Restaurant send you different order and during check out we need to pay for wrong order. Don’t expect hot water as they will say take shower till 11 am after that there is no hot water. Electricity issue is there. Wifi is not working

I visit c2h last June 2019 hottel is very good and staff is very very good and manager is not forgettable ever they pack our brakefast at 4.30 am and they did their job very well they return our very imp percious oranament that we forgot in our room.

The Hotel is nice, amenities are clean, restaurant is hygienic, BUT the staff in the restaurant are DUMP. You could spend an entire day there waiting for your order and still not receive it.The room service is cheap. I booked room for 3 people and all I got were services for one person. I asked for more soap and shampoo (they expected 3 people to use one 15 ml bottle of shampoo/shower gel/body lotion for 4 nights). I asked for more and they said Sorry sir, only one bottle/slippers etc. per room for the entire period).Unless you have no choice, do not book the room. Also, the booking directly there is much cheaper than booking it from the net. This includes all booking sites.AND, its in the middle of nowhere. Theres NOTHING around it not even proper street lights (there is one public hospital 8 minutes walk away).It could be the management and not the staff.Next time you are there, make sure you INFORM the reception to clean your room and let them know when you are back. Otherwise, you return and the room is as you left it.

Good hotel with all modern amenities. Location is a little far away from the main city but still a good location as the hotel is right on the edge of the road. Hotel staff is courteous. Rooms are small but comfortable. Food was good. We enjoyed our stay at CH2.

Very good, clean, neat and tidy rooms. Absolutely spick and span linen. Useful in-room facilities, such as tea maker, mini fridge, mini safe, sofa-cum-bed, wifi etc.Superb Service. Very polite, courteous and helpful staff!Only drawback is that you dont get good views. Location is not that great.

Hi All , The hotel is good and is located on main road. Outside maintenance is good but rooms are not properly done. When we logged in...bedsheet was dirty , kettle was not working, we had to call multiple times to get it changed..rooms are small and offcourse hotel is not spacious. Restaurant is nice but small and you might not get a seat when you come late.. staff is rude or may be they talk like that.... think twice before you head...

Its the hotel situated at Sonawar which has ruined the generations of kashmir by supplying alcohol to the youth of valley.Else the rooms, services and other facilities are good, but a person with good conscience will think couple of times before booking such hotel...The management of CH2 should have focused on their hotel line than d bar operating at such place, but the later is money minting machine for them..

I found staff even the senior once a bit rude, i expected them to be more professional and humble otherwise A decent hotel slightly priced above compare to others in same category. Hotel needs to work on cleanliness for sure.But good option when backed with ibibo discount.

Worse place in terms of promise and what we receive,Only thing good is food.I think the worse is the management and not the staff. It is the place where most drunk people come to ,better is to avoide this place. Well the owner is Earning money by compromising peoples health. You cant come with ur family and kids here because of the mess at the liquor shop at the entrance.

One of the worst hotel,1 star for food alone.Rest all bakwas,Old bad linen, used towel, room without openable windows, stinky rooms.7 months old water bottle in the room, were served as complimentary, (never give such waters to infants below 6 month)Deluxe room without lifts, its worth is not above fifteen hundred inr , at the maximum, in current situation.The food is good, and 1 star is for food alone, else it will be zero.

My neighbour but never visited. Seems to be a clean new hotel .on the main highway, so easy to spot. Only problem is the heavy perpetual traffic jam accentuated by the liquor shop on the ground floor
