I had visited the hotel on April 2019 through Veena world, for 3 nights,The hotel ambience is as good as any other 3 star hotel, but the most important , the hotel staff right from manager to waiter and room service make u feel special .Specially thanks to all of them, who all make my trip so remembered and safe.. and u can feel the true Kashmiri hospitality..(these are not overated reviews, Im personally feel so alive with these peoples, truely loved their their hospitality )and food also good
