Rooms are good and clean. Regular cleaning has been done. Behaviour of the staffs are worthy to mention. But the quality of food is not up to the mark particularly breakfast and dinner.

Stay was fine but breakfast and dinner was not good even serving was below level.After many complaints they serve some improved food. I will not recommended anyone to stay there. Very bad experience . On arrival we have to wait for drinking water and no laundry was available in washroom.

Behaviour of the staff, the service food especially Salman Ali take care personally very kindly staff are there.management is best there

A good clean budget hotel. Very helpful staff especially the manager Mr Zahoor Ahmed. Call him out couple of days in advance and he will make some great Kashmiri specialties.

1. No complimentary water bottles given. This is the basic expectation!2. No mirrors in the room3. We visited during july and it was damn hot and humid. Fans were not up to speed and it was really suffocating inside the room.4. Dirty bathrooms5. No shower gel/ No shampoo and towels given.. had to call so many timesPeople were really nice and humble but service was not so good.. Just a honest feedback to improve service . Please dont take it the other way

We stayed 4 nights in this Hotel, my experience in this Hotel is Marvellous, Kashmir people are know for Hospitality, I experienced this in this Hotel. Staff is mind blowing very humble very polite.I Personally recomend people and tourists to stay hear for excellent service and hospitality. Also, the food served hear in Dinner is Tasty and they are up to the mark when it comes to Hygiene. Specially in this pandemic they are maintaining things superb. LOVELY STAY HEAR we had me and wife.

We stayed in hotel k28in , it is in karan nagar , good food ,clean and nice, I loved more is hospitality, every staff was too good and polite ,especially Adhil and Meharaj , cook Mahesh was cooking according to our taste , special thanx to MD of that hotel , he allowed me stay in room till 10 pm my checkout was 12 noon, each and everyone was good 👍

Hey i was at srinagar last month in this hotel and the place was amazing friendly people it was all good great hospitality great welcome it felt like home back there must visit this place one more thing to add on the food is absolutely heaven and even people working there are always ready to help you thanxx for the service..

Totally Bad experience, there is not a single drop of water from 6:00 Am. And unfortunately House keeping boy tells us that we cant do anything. At thetime of check inn there is not a single towel in room and bed is full of hair. Behaviour is totally unbearable. Housekeeping staff is totally unbearable / horrible. I suggest everyone never ever book this hotel.Horrible#😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫

The hotel is located in the heart of srinagar, near to the local market, the stay was pleasant and the facility was beyond our expectations, the staff was very friendly and helpful, budget friendly hotel. Must stay here if u visit srinagar.
