Certainly the best fitness centre in district Budgam. Located opposite to District Police Lines Ompora, it has a spacious hall where latest top-pro bodybuilding machines have been installed. The gym provides membership quarterly, half yearly and and yearly.For 3 months membership 3500 INR are charged for 6 months 6000 and for a year 12000 respectively.Though the gym is unisex but the timing for ladies is separate and are trained by a female trainer from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The gents time is scheduled from 7:00am to 10:00pm(winter) and 5:00am to 11:30pm(summer).It is located on prime location which provides hastle free parking for the visitors.The proprietor of gym Mohammad is highly experienced trainer and nutritionist having experience of almost 16 years.
