Its a government higher secondary school. The school in itself is very good but the vibe around it is not so good. Most of the students are bullying each other and have no intention to study. If someone wants to get their boys admitted here, make sure your boy is disciplined enough to stay away from the bad company.

Probably best government higher secondary school in jk...good infrastructure... Large campus... Large play ground... Best facility in commerce and science... I dont know about the arts.. The fee is just around 12 to 13 hundred rupess per year.. Great value for money... If you are from a poor or middle class family... It is the best option... Dont listen to rumors.. I have been there in previous years.. It has improved a lot since 2010... Only thing I didnt like about the college.. Is the administration which is slow in processing... It department is also good... You can choose subject with various additional subjects.. Which is lacking in other near by institutions

Apart from the education, this school is the best in Srinagar....a lot of activities, seminars, competitions etc. are held almost every month. But if you are thinking of serious studies, this is not the place for you.
