Hello,One of the best budget friendly hotel to stay in Srinagar.We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, and really liked it. Owner of the hotel Shafique bhai is very helpful. He helped us book cab, house boat and a good price. If you stay here do recommend driver Javed. He also guided us very well while traveling. Food here was very delicious.Good place to stay in Srinagar.

Damn 10/10 for this place!! If you’re visiting Srinagar then Taj Residency is the perfect stay. I went in December and it was very cold but unlike other Hotels this place has the best facilities. In 1000rs they provide full heating bed blanket and room heater. Staff is very friendly and rooms are damn huge, clean and tidy washrooms. They usually don’t provide toiletries so pls carry yours. Plus food was good too. A perfect stay!!

I have visited to Sri Nagar in fabuary 2021, hotel staff is good and ground floor room is avarage. This hotel is saturated inside from main market and lal chowk.Staff is coprative.

Very bad experience . I have stayed in many hotels but staff here is very rude. Shaukat named guy from staff seems very arrogant. Even the food they serve is not as per expectations. Tbh extremely disappointed

The Hotel is average, the service is good. Lack of cleanliness which worried me in this covid pandemic.The service of the staff is very good and polite.If you want something in cheap to stay overnight you can go ahead.

Booked for suite but that was a normal room not spacious. without breakfast. but nothing for this amount. only an ordinary room. small wardrobe was there. washroom not much good. overall ok. not value for money.

Specious rooms, helpful staff.. Location wise far from Lal Chowk (and any market, if u are interested in shopping) but near Dal lake

Good hotel to stay in budget when exploring srinagar. However location is not that great food was also ok ok not that good. But price point of view rooms interior was amazing

Nice one ... Moderate rates and good hospitality and safe.. They welcomes us with a cup of tea... that special tea is called Kashmiri Kawa. It is an authentic Kashmiri tea.. the ingredients are tea powder, spices, almonds etc.. The room service are awesome. They will arrange camp fire for groups.. The food are also tasty.. not too much long menu, two or more types are available, but it is tasty and reasonable. The hotel is located in outer city area but accessible, there fore we have to see the local culture and lifestyle... Morning walk is awesome..

* The price I paid for this hotel, I cant expect more with that; excellent value for money.* Outside look is good with plenty of spaces in lawn.* Hotel staffs never denied any request that I made, this is what I liked most. They always try their very best to comply with the request. Very generous hotel staffs.* They offer their own taxi services in cheaper rates than the prepaid taxi-stands do. They also offer money exchange service in the same rate the other money changers do.* There were some nasty spots on bedsheets and walls in our room, this is what I didnt like. They provided some fresh bedsheets upon request but all were the same... dirty spots, and human hairs on it. But they said all were washed, just their laundry service providers are bad.* There were 24/7 hot waters and heated bed matress, but no room-heaters.* There was a very bad odor only in our room 1007, but I found other rooms were just fine.* Hotel location is a bit hard to find for auto drivers. Youve to tell them Miskeen bag, nowapara, then yovve to show them which way to go to get to the hotel.* Overall this is a good hotel to stay if you bring your own bedsheets.* Hotel authority should concentrate more on their cleanup processes. This hotel would be a fantastic place to stay if it were just a bit more clean.

People where very nice but area was not in safe place it is located in downtown of shrinagar and i personally feels if u r going there then do take ur hotels in front of dal lake the most safest place in kashmir and also u can take the houseboat that is very cheap and had a awsm experience for a night

Very nice hotel ,had pleasant stay in may 2017 for two days.Very cooperative staff,ready to help you whatever problem you have. Food was excellent ,rooms are spacious,enjoyed a lot.Definately visit again whenever come to jammu and kashmir-swarg on earth

Room is Good but food is not good...We were here for 3 days, did not have the light overnight, when asked to the staff, we would have to answer the same..Hotel staff did not clean the room for 3 days and the bathroom was clean so we cleaned...third class service..
