Reliable laptop retailer in Srinagar. The staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful.I called them, asked for laptop system specifications for a Dell laptop. They sent photos of the laptops and specs using whatsapp.They delivered on time. I did not even have to personally go to their location.They were also honest that the laptop they were selling me was refurbished and not a new one. I did not want to buy a new one.Suggestions to the business: You need a better way to keep track of your current laptops and their prices. Right now all your laptop details and prices are on a single Facebook page. It is difficult to read multiple posts to figure out what all is for sale and what are the various prices. There needs to be a simpler way for new and current customers to know what is currently in stock and what is the price of those items.

I purchased a laptop they provided me one month warranty however after using it for couple of days once it got stuck and was showing a black screen. I made a call to the so called owner Asif informed him about the issue he asked me bring the laptop then fixed it said its the minor issue with Bios. Then after using it for a week I faced the same issue as per them due to over voltage the charging jack went bad .. they charged me 700 rs even the laptop was in warranty. They said we will extend the warranty for one more month and asked me to handover the original charger to them then replaced it with a duplicate charger after using the laptop for couple of weeks the same thing happened then they asked me to take it to Laptop Lab located in Maisuma. They reviewed the laptop and said their is issue with the motherboard and the charging jack was never replaced.These guys cheated me took the original charger and had to pay for the charging port which was never replaced.One more thing I want to add Ask It solutions gave me an option to return back the laptop however they will deduct 1500 / month that was 3000 apart from that it took me 1700 to fix it. They will provide you the verbal warranty as per the receipt they provide their is no warranty on used laptops. It was overall terrible experience.Unfortunately there isnt any option to add the screen shot I had a conversation with them I would have posted that as well.
