I had a terrible time dealing with them. They said the repair would take a few days, but the phone was still not fixed after a month. They didnt even answer my phone calls. They have no idea about basic things. The personnel is extremely unprofessional and lacks fundamental technological understanding. Sending your phone there is a waste of time. They continue to make excuses for not completing the work. Just keep in mind that if you send your phone to them for repair, youll have to wait months, and even then, theres no assurance that it will work properly. As a result, keep away from them.

Unconventional location and the staff seems to know nothing about devices. I had an issue with my phone but when I asked them to check what was wrong with it, they told me that my charging port was damaged and asked me to keep the phone there but I didnt and bought a new cable for my phone and it worked fine.

The worst ever experience.They promised that the part will be delivered in a week or so, took them more than four months. Imagine!Further, the staff is too uncourteous and lack the very basic technical and management skills. They misplaced my volume up-down key and fixed some old key in it which makes a lot of noise while tapping. I love Motorola products but such kind of service discourages a person to buy any Moto products in future.

Its not worth to call Service center, I washed my time to visit this service center. They give me my phone after 25 day still its not working properly, before it has charging problem but not it has mobile data and call problem... I again visit to them, they say we had closed our services for Coolpad Mobile...

Today I visited the service center there was some charging issue with my phone Lenovo A6000, but they asked me The phone is useless, because its matherrboard is ded,& asked in louder tune purchase a new phoneBut the irony is that I got my phone reaperedLocally for Rs100 bcz its changig jac was not workingThis service center is totally uselessThanks.

Had to get ear-piece repaired, got it at the cost of breaking the display of my phone & malfunctioning vibrator. And worst case was that, they dont accept it is their fault. Not reliable at all, as there is no accountability.
