Great boat house very neet and clean. The owner of the boathouse MR SAQIB everyday feel us like my own house. The food is real kashmiri food very delicious and healthy the best think is all food cooked by SAQIB MOTHER AND NANNI. waiting for another holidays I want to go again Kashmir and stay again at new life boathouse

It was a homecoming experience. Not a second did we feel we were away from home. Apart from the necessary amenities that were provided to us we were also greeted and loved like family by the owners/housekeepers. The love and response we received from them is unparalleled.

Kashmir is rightly known for its mesmerizing beauty and great hospitality. I bet no other place in the world can beat that. Mine was an unplanned trip with my family but the experience at this houseboat was very pleasant. Saqib, who attended us, ensured that we get every care and attention possible in his houseboat. His care for his customers is truly unforgettable. The houseboat is at the prime location in Srinagar at Dal lake and easy to commute during late night as well if you wish to go out for dinner or returning late from your trip. While it is very nice place to stay for families, I highly recommend this place for solo travellers and group of friends who do not prefer to disturb their planned budget unnecessarily, for the night stays. Last important point... please do coordinate with Saqib for anything and everything to ensure that you have the great stay. Please mind and not compare this with a 5 star or 7 star property.
