I went there for the first time and found that the place is quite nice.The staff is very helping and welcoming. I tried some shakes and that were really refreshing.The ambiance of the place is good but yet there is a lot of scope to improve it. The walls particularly look little empty. They need to put some attractive stuff there. Book selves are an extra help.My 5 star rating is particularly based on the way they go extra mile for the customer. I asked for half a shake for my 3 year old niece, believe me they readily accepted it without any hassle. I have never visited a place which accepts this kind of request and serve you half a shake to save some of your pennies.Really, much appreciated!

Cafe x is from some of the best cafes in Srinagar. Restaurant is designed very beautifully. The restaurant vibes are very good and food is very tasty. The prices are also very genuine. Some places do become wonderful feeling and cafe X was one of such places... Its one of a kind ...Good ambience , great vintage style peices . I like the decor and interiors as well... Its very simple yet enchanting and retro. I would give five stars to the overall atmosphere ...Food quality needs improvement . COFFEE sips are the best ones..I have tried almost all flavours of coffee. I found Mocha coffee was the best among the rest. Great deals .Great getaway with Friends and family.

For Two Months me and my Team visited this place and it was wonderful Experience. We were here for our Project #Taarukk Talk Show. My Nephew loved the Pizza by Cafe X. A wonderful place decorative and creative by Sufi Hassan who owns this beautiful Place.

Play games ,read books ,eat ! I dont know whether that guy is a waiter or owner , he was too much sober ! I couldnt see because of eye drops , as I asked him to tell me how much it was he just replied you please sit I will give this bill to her ( my friend) , .

Nice quiet ambience, good menu options। It was my first visit. Tried their hazelnut coffee and fried chicken momos। Normally I only eat veg momos। Though I love meat। Mostly because in lot places chicken momos specially steamed smells bad। but here I liked eat। Coffee lacked aroma of hazelnut। I encountered billing issue down to new staff member but it was corrected

Good ambience . Loved the coffee . The way they serve the customer is amazing. Must visit for book lovers. They have nice coffee varieties...like Mocha , cappuccino , esppreso , Americano etc. Hazelnut coffee takes extremely good. Must try guys!

Pros:1. Food and coffee is good and tasty2. Ambience of cafe is quite upmarket, I think it might be the best one in the region3. Ample car parking in basement4. Staff is quite niceCons:1. Service time is very slow. We had to wait for more than 45 minutes for the food to arrive.2. Heating system installed is malfunctioning. It does not maintain room temperature and it was too cold for us to sit there.
