Spacious, ventilated, staff is fine, hygeine maintained, food quality is fair but the restaurant is overpriced and they allow smoking irrespective of being a public space. Crowd is awkward at times. Do not recommend.

Had a bad experience. This place is mostly understaffed and their portion size for chilli cheese toast which is regularly 2 pieces was served only one and the guy on the counter was unaware of the standard portion size served in other CCDs like in Delhi. The order takes 30 minutes generally since they only have one guy serving

They need to improve their quality. Taste and Quality missing :/

It was good but now they have turned the cafe to its worst it only has an ampel space out side the lawns but lack in serviceses and in the quality of food they Make and provide they have a limited menu and that too worst...

They charged extra. Their service is poor. They don’t respect customers. They willJudge you by the clothes you wear.

Worst cafe ever! I would better have coffee at home rather then coming here ever again. The barista takes an whole hour for 4 coffees. The cups are unhygienic the staff is unfriendly and arrogant. They gave me my four coffees after an hour and the cup was unwashed and broken🤢🤢. I would recommend making coffee at home rather.

This place used to be the best place however the pricing have been increase and this place is more like a dead place now.

Lovely coffee with Dirty washrooms is only making CCD Aroma down! Please look into the cleaning . This place needs some work to be done.

Decent place to catch up over coffee. Limited things to eat. Ambience is just about ok. Crowds are very nosy and even the waiters seem always to stare a lot.

I have been a regular customer of CCD Sonwar & Dalgate but painfully I want write here that the quality of the Sonwar cafe has abnormally deteriorated. My cup of coffee, these days, contain everything other than a spoon/shot of coffee. To add, the washrooms stink so much that I almost puked whole using it.
