Its a classy cafe with minute detailing. Its clean with good ambience. The staff is well trained. Orders are provided on time. Seating is done properly. The food is delicious and is served in beautiful and classy crockery. I loved their Latte. The coffee beans used are strong and fresh. I would definitely recommend it for family and business meets.

Good ambiance, Polite staff but food quality was not up to the mark. The pizza was worst and shawarma was also a bad experience. Overall, nice place to talk and sit but if someone is starving and want to eat please dont.

I visited the place for the first time and was literally taken aback in awe. It offers one of the best ambiance one can experience in Srinagar area. I was personally happy because I first time saw girls working in a café in Srinagar, which is a great move and I really appreciate. This place is unique in its style of seating, their decor, furniture and even the menu card. Very very artistically designed. Their staff is no doubt well groomed and know their job very well. The hospitality of the owner is amazing. I tried some of their dishes in which I liked the Vegetable Fried Rice, Mutton Haleem and Butter Naan the most. For food lovers and people who like to hunt down different places, this place becomes a MUST VISIT!

TBH... when I entered the Cafe, I was totally amazed and mesmerized with the aura and hospitality... very well mannered and professionally working staff..... but when it comes to food, its not worth it I mean the taste does not match the price standards. you guys need to work on the quality as well as the quantity of Chicken Malai Tikka because I ordered that.. with chicken Tikka I ordered Rumali roti and it was not that good too.. that stuff got so rigid after sometime while eating and I was not able to eat it and have to ask for fresh one...and yes I also ordered Guava Marry (Beverage), which was good...All the best guys no hard feelings... just a true review.

Ambience good. Their Indian themed dishes are amazing especially the chaats, dal makhni, biryani and all. Arab and western themed food needs a lot of improvement. Don’t buy their shawrma or burger.

Beautiful interior but little bit disappointed with food and service

Food is amazing, location is amazing and ambience is great but Service is really bad. The waiter should work table wise. One comes takes the order, the other comes ask for the order, the third one served the food, second one brings desert, the first get the meals before the desert. So much of confusion. One person should take the responsibility of one table so he would be clear what the customer wants. Understand the customers need and work on it.

We have ordered 3 items Chicken 65, Chicken steaks and mutton rara and trust me quality was pathetic with no taste. We have received fried chicken barbeques instead of chicken 65.

A new place in the city with the fresh vibe, really Cool interiors, really appreciate that they have kept a separate section for family which is so rare to find. The food quality could be a little better other than that its a good place to chill.

Burgers werent juicy and well cooked. We hope they are made better in the future. Barring that the ambience is great. Wish you good luck.

Very good cafe found in srinagar

Nice ambience. Chicken lababdar is good. Naan are special and not small like the rest of the restaurants.

It was my first visit to the cafe and an absolutely terrible experience. We ordered shawarma, which was quite smelly. Next thing we placed an order for one thing and received something else which tasted totally stale. The waiters refused to accept their mistake and we were asked to pay a full amount without even having the food that was served. Very poor quality food and above all poor services and no sense of hospitality.

I was actually quite excited to visit this place as i had read some good reviews online. As soon as i entered the place, it reminded me of some posh Japanese restaurant in Mumbai. The first thing we ordered was Chicken Manchow soup and let me tell me you they had put fried onions as toppings (which made the taste awful). For main course we ordered Indian non vegetarian but instead of thay they bought non veg platter. They were decent enough to accept their mistake but i settled with the order they bought as i was running out of time. They also bought dal makhni rice and rotis as complimentary. But as soon as i tasted dal makhni i could tell it was stale.. i asked the waiter to taste it or let the chef have some of it and then get back to me. They were again apologetic about their mistake... The platter that they bought had beef kababs instead of lamb kababs and when i enquired about the same, they convincingly told me that its lamb and nt beef, although i was pretty sure that it was beef .. The waiter that attended us didnt even come back once to apologize about the mistakes. Overall an awful experience

I ordered a shawarma from this place and it was probably one of the worst decisions ever. the chicken tasted off and the shawarma was tough to eat. The next day i was down with food poising, it’s been three days and i’m still suffering lmao worse food ever

I just wanna say what a great time I and my fiance had here(cafe ababeel) today ,,,it was our first experience there,i cant even explain what a great venue it is and how lovely food it was,,, we ordered Grilled trout lemon butter sauce which was very yummy nd I asked them about chef who is such a dashing personality(chef hussain) and I can say master of all the chefs😋😋😋😋I will definitely come again and i recommend this place to all my friends“

Cafe Ababeel is one of the best cafes in Srinagar. The cafe has an amazing ambience and the quality of food is really yummm and upto the mark.It’s a cool place for hangout besides they are soon opening their roof top for an amazing view. Besides the ambience and tasty food the prices are pocket friendly and not at all expensive as other high end restaurants. They also serve something complimentary but maybe it’s for time being. Over all, a cool place to sit and enjoy food.

I went to Cafè Ababeel a few times now and with every visit the service and quality of food became poorer. This is a problem with most services in kashmir, they lose the quality standard swiftly.
