Caliphs is a definite must visit!The place serves THE BEST pizza in all of Kashmir. If you ever happen to be there, try any of their pizzas with cheese burst, you will be delighted!Their menu is excellent and very diverse, and everything on the menu tastes amazing. Drinks, pizza, pasta, noodles, rolls, tandoori, starters, sizzlers, biryani, fried rice, milkshakes, desserts, you name it. Theyve got it all. The quality of food is excellent and their portion sizes are extremely generous. Its friendly on the pocket too.The service is fast and the staff is very warm, welcoming and polite.I give it a 10/10, definitely would recommend.

Damn yummy .. I ordered shawarma rolls and a pizza, delivery was on time actually before the time limit and the food was delicious. Must recommended from my side ♥️♥️

Nice pizzas with good taste but customer service is not okay

Used to be really good but recently theyve started using old crust. At least 24 hours old. I tried to call and let them know but just like Amigos they flat out denied it without even talking to the kitchen or letting then know. Same horrible service as Amigos and no idea how go build a customer base. Now that Amigos and this place both have started selling re-heated, frozen food, next place that is still acdeptable is The Jungle Cafe in Padshai bagh. Lets see how long that place lasts.

Overpriced garbage. One of the worst pizzas I’ve had. The cheese was cheap and there were just small chicken pieces placed far apart on the entire pizza. Tasted really bad.I ordered by phone and the receptionist was a bit rude too, even though she was at fault. No etiquettes 👎👎👎

The place has decent Pizza......But pricing is bit high for the kind of Taste & Pizzas offered!!Dont go for those Haka Noodles...... Because they have *Haka* just for the sake of Naming!!Rest be assured to be Unruffled by there services ;-)Do Check out other alternatives for Caliph.

One of the best Pizzas if not the best Pizza is served here. I also love their Non Veg Varaites especially their Butter Chicken. And their staff is very courteous. Highly recommended if you are around.

Quality is really worth appreciation, hygiene is taken care of, staff is well behaved but about the ambience ,i would say its a bit loud and congested. Shawrma and kanti are below average but if u visit sometime, try golden delight pizza being served at caliph... Its recommended 👍Recently tried the home delivery by Caliph . the order reached in time. It was fresh and quality standards were maintained.

Pizza outlet along highway , strange and heartening to find a nondescript place able to offer authentic pizzas. Worth a stop everytime u pass by the joint. No parking nightmares , ample space all around.....

The Receptionist at Caliph lacks communication skills. It is unfortunate that food tastes good but the receptionist spoiled it for our family. Every customer is important, this would be my suggestion to the management of Caliph Pizza, to tell the employees when hiring the staff.

Ordered shawarma from there and its was completely useless, wastage of money ..No longer what it used to be years ago... worst customer support...never take home delivery orders from them..

It is not worst of its kind ...with superdiluted soup , half baked food no chutneys ....a worst experience ....it should atleast maintain the decorum of its name CALIPH ....

I ordered pizza ,fruit cream and hot n sour chicken soup one was supposed to be without egg and one with egg..... I got pizza but fruit cream they forgot n as far as soup is concerned one was with a onion slice on a top n one was without that when asked to the delivery boy he said its a sign of eggless.. but it was whole egg n just soup no chicken could be found anywhere so for me extremely poor service n tasteless... No more oders for me now.

Their pizzas are great but felt that they are overpriced. Not the Amigos is not but they could have done better with the price and also slightly with the quality.

Worst home delivery , unprofessional, everytime i have ordered a cold drink,they replace it with another, rhe delivery boy said he will be back in 5mins and replace it ,he never returned nor he pickedup the phone. Further, when i called the owner, from the same number,they didnt pickup, as soon as i called from another number,they immediately picked up and then the responder says what do you want us to do now. Unprofessional attitude. Further, neither a courtesy call that they have my money with them nor any apologies. Disgusting. Anyways, there are better pizzerias in town!

Very beautiful place to visit along with family. If you havent tasted the creativity of food here then something is missing in your taste buds. Good service. Salah corner has to be started here so that we will cover up missed Salah. Owner should be praised for his decent ethics in his team.Give it a try !

Great flavour in every variety I tried... pizzas are cheesier, tandooris are juicier, french fries are crunchier, on top of which lip smacking mocktails and shakes are also available :D !!Overall great food quality as well as service quality at moderate prices. Take out and home delivery also available.

Few things about the restaurant1. when i stepped into the restaurant it was bit smelly.2. unhygienic3. poor service4. unprofessional staff (they did nothing wrong but they just dont know how to serve and other hospitality etiquettes)5. food wasnt tasty6. not baked properly few stuff were over baked and few under baked.still two stars are enough.
