Really nice friendly staff who were able to give me lots of advice and made me comfortable in making my purchase, have good availablity through opening times, and was really pleased to see them implementing rigorous covid safe measures.

Cane here to hire a suit. Phoned and made an appointment for 3. Got there on time and was told to wait 10 minutes as the previous appointment was running overnight I waited and then felt rushed to try the suit and was told to hurry up as the next appointment had arrived. Very professional

Impeccable wear were great from start to finish. It was really easy to book appointments. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me and my now husband decide what everyone should be wearing. The suits were ready in plenty of time and so easy to pick up and drop off. All the guys were comfortable all day, even in the heat and they looked so smart. Any questions or changes we needed were sorted straight away (pockets opened for some to wear pockets watches etc). Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful quality clothing and friendly staff and owner. Went in to hire a black tie suit and left, very happily, having purchased a black tie suit and dress/office suit. Jerry, the owner was delightful to engage with and included a dress shirt and bow tie to go with the evening suit. I was able to try everything on and there was zero rush. Wonderful experience.

The team at impeccable are amazing. I had 10 groomsmen and they managed to size them all up perfectly. Other suit hire companies have suits that feel off the shelf where as here they are all fitted to measure. Everyones suits looked like they had been tailored for them. Also I found that they were much cheaper than high street retailers as well. All in all I was extremely impressed with their service.

We had an excellent experience at Impeccable. The staff were so helpful and had a great sense of humour. They were so flexible , we had several people who had to come for fittings at all sorts of different times as they lived so far away. The suits were excellent, all fitted perfectly and looked smart, clean and were comfortable all day. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This is such a good store. They have ranges to hire and for sale for weddings, Ascot , evening wear. Staff are so helpful and give really wise advice. As a local store it is so great to have on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend

I stumbled upon Impeccable when I was trying to find a suit for my boss as he had forgotten his for an event. Jerry was so helpful even when I didnt really know the size I needed. He managed to get me a suit that fit my boss perfectly and trusted me with paying over the phone and returning it the next day baring in mind I was in London so had to take me on my word. Thank you Jerry for all of your help, you were a style saver for my boss that day and took all the stress away from me. Just a shame you arent based in London so we could use your shop more.

Needed to hire a dinner suit/ shirt etc for an Oxford dinner. Called national supplier at two local branches - neither sure of having fairly normal sizes. Impeccable sounded on the ball - plenty of stock. A joy - fitting, collecting and returning to the shop found a strong independent firm with competent, interested and kind staff. Problem solved in no time at all. Albeit one experience, but on this I can only recommend.
