First owner Srinivasa potnuru dont know how to maintain a shop

To make my parents happy about this Dussehra, I bought the TV and some other electronics products. I spent a lot of money buying all of these products, and we didn’t receive few products and 5000 rupees worth of the gift. I trusted them and initially paid the full amount; I still didn’t receive what they promised me. When I asked about it, they postponed it till last week, but now they are saying we won’t and not replying to our calls or messages. When my family members went to meet the owner, he was rude to them. I suggest, please be honest with your customer.My recommendation for this store is simply Zero. More than the money, I trusted a lot and these people taught me a good lesson.
