This is the only place to go to if you want that perfect Korean BBQ ambiance and serve tap Korean beer. The meats are so tender and tasty. We always order the combo ( dumpling, scotch fillet steak, beef brisket sliced, eye fillet, pork belly, 1 soup, and 2 rice) for about $100, there are lots if food for 2 people. The staff are quick, friendly and provide excellent service. Its always busy so I suggest you book before going there. We can ask for additional side dishes, lettuce, dipping sauce, green chilli and garlic without extra cost.

Cant say anything bad about this place.Owner was so sweet and kind, employees were so kind as well.The quality of the meats were very good and the quality of the veggies was very fresh.Total spent about $350 for 10 people so about $35 each, which was such a good price!The vibe of the place was very calm, and enjoyable, not too crowded. everything was clean and done so well!I highly recommend this place!

Haysung is my go-to for when Im craving KBBQ but dont want go all out with fancy ambiances OR a casual non special occasion space.I find to be most affordable, even the wagyu meats - You can still taste the quality.•Corn cheese is generously cheesy, saucy and most delicious here. Sometimes too much cheese though• Best seafood pancake, very crispy edges and good amounts of squid and prawns unlike most stingy places!♡The matcha ice cream is a must order and perfect after a heavy meal...its light, refreshing and has a strong concentrated matcha taste. Such good quality, maybe the best, for me. I wonder if its home made..Overall, value for money! You wont feel cheated and overcharged. I hope this place stays this way. Will continue to support these guys.

For some unknown reason I always craved Haysung BBQ during Melbourne frequent lockdowns (till date 4 times). On all the first days of freedom we always reserved bbq dinner here. One of the best Korean bbq in town.The meat was fresh and tender. The service was always great. We could ask more side dishes, lettuce, garlic or green chilli serves several times, no additional cost.They have tap beer as well (Asahi) which compliments the meal nicely.

We ordered takeaway via uber eatsBeef bulgogi bimbibap - the bulgogi is sweet and well made.Cheese topokki - thick rice cakes which were very impressive and a thick layer of cheese. Fish cakes complimentedDeep-fried pork dumplings_ a crisp edge and the skin keeps the filling in.Seafood pancake - got to love a good crunch. Generous amount soft seafood and the pancake is so crispy and flavourful.

We ordered on UberEats and they missed one of our burgers. Generally what happens in this scenario is the restaurant will say We can refund you, or we can put down that youre owed [item] for the next time you order. What Haysung did was, apologize profusely, and then send a worker around to our place with the missed burger, AND some free chips!The food was all amazing, and the staffs above-and-beyond way of dealing with an issue, as well as their politeness and friendliness is definitely going to make this place a regular foray for me and my family ^.^

Excellent service, premium banquet for 2 was more than enough for 2, meat was cooked perfectly. When I say more than enough, I mean Im a big eater and I had food coma from eating so much food. Delicious!

Had great experience on my first time having Korean Barbeque. Had no idea what to expect and was pleasantly surprised at Haysung Korean Barbeque. The food was excellent, the waitress explained what we have to do and the menu was easy to follow. The main meal food was very tasty and seasoned by your self as you cooked it at your table. The entrees were of exceptional quality and I could have just feasted on those but wanted the full experience. The restaurant is not overly big so booking is recommended any night of the week as the people coming in when we were there was amazing. Haysung Korean Barbeque has a good reputation and is easy to see why, good service,good food,very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit for lunch or dinner we will go back again as I must have more of the fried chicken and the steamed dumplings as they are superb entrees and not to be missed

If I could choose a shop to moan in, itd be this wonderful restaurant because the food is scrumptious. Recommend their bibimbaps! Also you can ask for sesame oil in your salt for those seeking an adventure.

Pretty standard kbbq joint. Servings are well portioned and the service is always spot on. Might need a little improvement in some traditional dishes such as the Kimchi soup and Topokki. All in all its a pretty solid local kbbq restaurant that I will recommend.

Awesome meat! The premium set for 2 people was perfect for us and theyve been really accommodating. The restaurant is a little bit small, so it tends to get really noisy especially with big groups around us. Food wise, no doubt, one of my favourite KBBQ in Melbourne suburb.

This amazing, delicious spicy sausage hot pot was to die for. Having the hot pot boil at your table is aesthetically pleasing. Great social meal for 2-3 people to share. The flavour was sooo good. Customer service was 10/10. For only $34 to share generously between 2 people is a cheap meal with 5 star flavours and excellent presentation. I will definitely be back.

Clean restaurant, delicious food, friendly staff, reasonably priced. I love Korean bbq and this is up there with all my favourites! Restaurant is located in vibrant Spingvale among the hustle and bustle which makes for a great atmosphere however looking for parking can be a challenge but that makes the reward oh so much more sweeter. The staff allowed us to cook ourselves and I like it when the restaurant allows you to do that because that really should be the whole point of kbbq! Whats the point in getting the smell of bbq smoke on your clothes and hair otherwise. I must say I was disappointed to see the staff had taken the order of 2 other tables before us even though we arrived first :/ however given they were extremely busy I cant fault them for not keeping track of who came in first.

Food is delicious but above all the staff is lovely! We had an issue with our order on UberEats and one of the staff members drove to our house to give us the meal that hadnt been delivered to us! A great little spot. Very busy over lunchtime. We had a 10 minute wait for a table of 4. We chose the family bbq and wasn’t disappointed with the amount of food. Tried the Hite Beer, which was nice. The service was friendly and efficient. Only negative was that it got very hot in there when a few tables were doing the BBQ; needs more exhaust perhaps.

I ordered Prawn Fried Rice $ 17.9 and it was not too bad. But $ 15.90 Spicy Tofu Seafood soup was horrible. There was one piece of seafood and egg, the rest of them were just Tofo and the soup tasted less. Very Disappointed

The food was great and we have considered going back when we can. I found the restaurant a little cramped but it is not too noticeable once you sit down and enjoy the experience. Parking is right across the road, which makes life easier.

Had a great lunch here last weekend! Shared a marinated set and it was more than enough for 2 people. Included Kim chi and pickled onions. Meat was good quality and flavour was delicious. Service was friendly and liked the industrial decor. Great new addition to Springvale, will be returning to try more of the menu.

I’ve been to this place several times, the services were really bad, food was below average, the first time I went I ordered stir fried spicy squid with rice, the squid wasn’t cook properly, some of the pieces were uncooked. Thought I would give them another chance, been sitting at the table with no service, the staff walked pass without given any menu or table water while other table who sat down after me was greeted and service straight away. Don’t recommended this place. There’s another better Korean restaurant down the street called ‘The Dream’ much better in services and food

I am a fan of korean foods. One of the best korean resto in the suburb. Worth driving for atleast 45 mins. to have some korean bbq. Great food, clean place, and nice staff. Highly recommended.

Disappointed with their serving, I ordered pork and squid stir fry which is good for sharing according to their website so that cost me 29.50 but when it arrives , the amount of serving is too small that even two people could not even share.

A smaller menu but it was delicious had the BBQ. The tables are very nice spacious and have extra cutlery and napkins. As it was the first time anyone on our table had this type of cuisine we were unsure about it, luckily the staff were incredibly helpful walled us through everything and very patient
