Great place to be at. Such an awesome vibe. Perfect place to be at with your family or friends. The food taste so delicious no matter what you try it will remind you of back home. They have been open for quite a while and they have kept The consistency in taste and quality of the food. Consistency matters a lot because usually when new restaurants open up the flavor is good and when they see that they are stable the quality drops. When I came last time I tried chicken tikka roll and today I got the same thing and it was good to know that the flavor is still same.

This spot brought me back to Pakistan. This location is so beautiful and the food is absolutely delicious! We had:1. The Strawberry mojito- the best mocktail ever! It was so fresh and yummy. The mango smoothie was more like mango Lassi, nonetheless delicious!2. Their Zinger burger, shami roll and samosa cheat were on point and full of flavors3. The muirchi fries were perfectly crunchy and soft.I absolutely loved this spot and will be visiting again. Some of the reviews here had made nervous on the flavors of the food. I am glad u went because everything was full of flavor and masala!

1. Food was Bland.2. Drinks were Good.3. Ambience is Excellent.I was really disappointed with their samosa chat and papri chat. No flavor whatsoever. I would suggest the chef to try the chats from Bombay Cafe, Fairfax(their chats are out of this world in my opinion) and implement similar techniques here.I am definitely coming back, not for the food, but to try some more of your drinks and to enjoy the ambience!

It has a simple menu serving out of food trucks in the parking lot. Nice, simple and colorful decor. Seating under a tent.We ordered zinger chicken wrap, chat papri, Falooda and tea. Chicken was flavorful but the paratha tasted like store bought. Chat papri was fresh and tasty. Falooda was excellent. Tea was ok.We enjoyed 4th of July concert. They offer live music on Saturday evenings.

Food was overpriced compared to the appearance of the food and coming from a food truck. For the amount it cost us, I could have gotten better quality food from cheesecake factory or something but we wanted to give cha tea house a try. First of all, the cooks don’t even wear gloves when handling food. For a Saturday night there was no seating and tables except for those who were already sitting. My friend and I had to eat our food in our hands and grab chairs from a stack.I got a samosa chaat and the samosa inside was HARD. Like I couldn’t even get my utensils to break it up and you could tell the samosa wasn’t fresh. The Anda burger was just no as the photo attached can show. The people performing songs were making my ears bleed. Waste of a 40 min drive there and money.

The ambience is great. The chaat was not great. Comparing it to Houston chaat spots it was nothing. The drinks got kashmiri milkshake was not sweet but presentation of the drink was good but not worth the hype. The mango mojito straight up was mango pulp with dry mint.

Came here on a late Saturday night with some friends. This was my first time and my last.I ordered a Zinger Roll, fries, Coke and later a veggie omelette. A friend of mine ordered malai boti.Scoring out of 40 possible points for taste, 20 points for appearance, 10 for plating, 10 for service, 10 for ambiance and 10 for price.Taste: 5 out of 40. The Zinger roll was missing taste. The paratha roll appeared to be store brought. The fries were too salty. I ordered a veggie omelette to salvage things but it had no salt and was filled with hot chili peppers. I couldnt even eat it. I wanted to order something else but they had a limited menu.Appearance: 10 out of 20. Zinger roll looked good. We had two malai botis. One was burnt and clearly precooked. The other was fresh but undercooked and raw. He asked for it to be cooked a little more and it came back burnt crispy.Plating: N/A, I cant rate the plating because this was a food truck and you have to understand that everything is going to be in takeout boxes.Service: N/A, cant really rate service either since it was food truck takeout.Ambiance: 5 out of 10. They have limited outdoor seating under a large tent. The tables had a Lodo game board sticker on them but they didnt have playing pieces (so whats the point of the board). It was a child rainy night and only a few of the tables had space heaters. Lighting was ok.Price: 8 out of 10. Not pricy. About what you expect to pay at a food truck for this type of food.Total score: 28/80Im not expecting to come back unless things change and someone else insists on going. I wouldnt go back by choice.

Great outdoor eating/food truck experience with very good food. Such a nice set up, with plenty of under tent space in case it starts raining. The staff were very helpful with many of the foods I had never heard of before and were able to match selections with our likes, even for the kids. Will definitely go there again to try another new flavor.

Hi Food lovers,Today I have visited the Cha Tea House for the first time with lots of hope but the food was below my expectations.Things I liked:1. Bangla and hindi songs were playing.2. The sitting arrangement was different with a 5 star rating.Things need to improve:1. There are very less varieties of Tea2. Foods are overpriced. Just for example a Faluda is $9 which looks to be most expensive faluda in DMV area. The taste is not unique. They have used pistachio ice cream which overpowers the flavor of other ingredients.3. Ginger roll was not that good for $84. French Fries was a disaster because it was soggy and undercooked. So please make the improvements because I really want to give my business to you.. best of luck.....

One of the best fast desi food spots i have been thru.I came from New York and i heard mixed reviews about it, but i wanted to go anyways cuz of how cool the setting is.It is so worth the time. They don’t take crazy long for your food to get ready. Seating area is out door with the option to sit inside the tent with heaters. You can have more than 6 people sit together comfortably.Food was exceptional.I got the chicken zinger with the bun. You have an option to get Bun or Paratha. My wife got the Paratha chicken roll and my sister got Anda Burger. Both amazing flavor and good size of food as well. You will be full with your meal.I also had the mint mojito, its flavor was on the spot but the texture wasn’t there, i wish it was more slushy, it was more on the melted side. There is a good dessert menu as well. I got chai and paan to go. They also have falooda but i had no more room in my stomach.Theres also a large size ludo board out side as well.

Absolutely loved the vibe and food. We went on Friday (a busy day) with perfect weather for an outdoor/indoor dining. The experience all the way from staff to order timings to food quality was refreshing to see. One thing that I have always not liked about Desi establishments is customer service. These guys have it down. You dont feel like youre going to a cafe just to have food, instead they make you feel at home. Everyone from the cashier, to person making your food, to the person cleaning your tables seems to be excited about what they are doing. In addition, they are putting Pakistani culture on the map. I am not only a repeat customer but consider me as a brand ambassador. I will be telling everyone I know about this place. I pray that they keep up with their food quality and customer service. Last thing Id like to see would be for them to get complacent and let go of the amazing brand/space they have created. Wishing the whole team of CHA years full of success!

I am SO excited to write this review. Been keeping an eye on this place since it was just a food truck in a parking lot. They have come such a long way. Theyve got a beautiful setup with tall wooden structures, an LED photobooth, great music (live on weekends!), ludo boards, and a beautifully-decorated heated tent. The owner was very friendly and everyone was observing distancing appropriately. We ordered: 2 dhood patis, mirchi fries, and the zinger paratha. Everything was delicious! The fries took me back to Liberty in Lahore. The Zinger paratha had some amazing sauce and crunchy chicken in it. The chai was perfect. Slightly sweet with the perfect amount of milk and caffeine.Honestly so excited to see CHA tea house grow and prosper, definitely coming back. Thank you to the owners for bringing a piece of Pakistan /South Asia to Springfield!

Its mad overrated. The ambience is nice but the food is not good enough to warrant the prices regardless of whether its made in a good truck or not. I gave them three instead of two stars because theyre trying to improve. The rolls are much better now than before. However, my advice is to shorten the menu and do things youre good at; your food cost will be lower and the customer will be happier with more reasonable prices. As of right now its hit or miss with the menu. Friendly staff though.
