Expensive, but nonetheless delicious. The sushi melted in my mouth like heaven. The wait time was almost half an hour, which was not ideal. I want to applaud how they strictly followed COVID procedures. That is, the employees were properly masked, the tables were socially distanced, and disinfected.

Delicious food! First time visiting and it was great! Our waiter was super friendly, food was served beautifully and everything tasted great.

I have to say... we lived where there was fresh fish and douted we would find a good place so far inland... This place has fresh sushi. Every bite was melt in your mouth,delicate, sushi. We ordered the titanic and it was enormous. Our waitress was a delight. The restaurant was very clean, and we had a great experience. We will be back.

The only place in Springfield I go for sushi. Quality and price next to none! The staff is great and always make you feel welcome. The chefs are highly skilled and quick. I have been going for years and will continue to do so for years to come.

Service speed and quality have always been great for me, and continue to be even in this work shortage. Excellent deals for lunches, and I appreciate that theyre still keeping the center tables empty to reduce crowding.

By far the BEST sushi I have ever had! My wife and I went here the 2nd night of our honeymoon and we were both blown away by the quality of the sushi we had. They went above and beyond to make our dining experience one to remember. It was so good, that we decided to eat lunch their the next day lol. Their prices are amazing considering the quality of their food.

Arrived at lunch time, waitress took my order and within 7 minutes I had my food. The to sushi rollers are magnificent and use their Asian skills to create a magnificent delicious meal. Your taste buds will be delighted you took the time to enjoy such a wonderful restaurant. The soup was delicious not too hot but yet just the right temperature to enjoy such a wonderful experience that 1 will never forget. The small egg roll was also a delight with its light crossed and delicious interior that created an enjoyable Euphoria. I ordered the mahima I roll along with this sushi roll Catfish roll tuna roll lobster roll crabro Spearfish role sand roll. One thing you will find is no matter what roll you order you will be delighted by the taste and the time put into your orders.

Tried to order online and use a Groupon just to find out when we picked it up that you have to eat there to use the coupon.. irritating and poor for business.. my job requires me to be on the road and dont have the time to sit and eat.. good sushi though, great flavor.. just a poor business set up..

We go here often, there for a while my husband would come in so often they recognized him. This used to be my favorite sushi place. My husband went in to get a to go order but they wouldn’t let him cuz he forgot to have a mask for our little boy. He was no where near any of the customers and they refused him an order. He wasn’t even going to sit in and eat! That’s taking it too far. Absolutely ludicrous. Won’t ever be back.

Went in today with a person with a medical issue. The person can not wear a mask and they flat out refused to listen to us or anything. normally when I go I take my mask off as soon as we sit down. They wouldnt even let us get a table less than 3 feet away. The flat out disrespect by the staff there was unbelievable. I will never step foot back inside this restaurant again and I urge no one else to either. Rules are rules and I understand that. however, medical conditions should allow someone to be seated and served, especially when they are with someone the staff knows and recognizes for coming in so often. I have alway been happy with this place but after today, Ill never step foot back in. It was embarrassing to my family to have to point out a medical condition in front of people, and then even more embarrassing when they said they dont care and told us to leave. unbelievable actions from a poor serviced restaurant.

Will refuse service if you dont wear a mask. Rude female employee. Sushi is top notch. You should fire the girl who was there at 1:00 pm on April 13th 2021. She decided to throw our items on the table with such an attitude we almost left. Thanks for the bad taste she left on our date. Our server was either new or didnt care to be attentive as well.

My fiance and i really loved this place, we ordered takeout multiple times a month and spend $60 each time, not including the times we dine in, I had a bad experience the other night where we ordered take out as usual for 8pm, drove home and got home at 8:38 (we live in a different city) when we got home we realized the containers werent closed properly and the food leaked everywhere and got everywhere.. I called the next morning because they were closed and was told id get a call back, its been over two days and i still havent gotten that.. I understand mistakes happen and im only upset because weve spent so much money here and order frequently and our $60 order was messed up but they dont take the time out of their day to fix the issue.Edit - Ive spoken to someone there after leaving this review and they are resolving the issue.

Mijuri was a pleasant surprise! My husband and I each ordered a bento box for lunch. The food was delicious and the sushi was fresh, prepared for our order. Mijuri was sensitive to our times. Social distancing was observed. This did not hinder a wonderful experience. Our service was outstanding. We are sure to return.

Great service. The seaweed salad is a personal favorite. I recently tried their steak roll - “Yakiniku” and would return to have this one again. There is a side room that can create privacy for a group setting such as a birthday celebration. I have been seated in this room for such an event and the service is excellent at keeping all guests pleased. The timing of being served for a decent group size (at least 25 people) was also appropriate. The waiter kept all tabs very organized.

Not my kind of thing. All their food is over sugared with extra sugared sauce on the top - even though I request sauce on the side, it didnt help much. Almost nauseating. It was basically rice with Miracle Whip. Not healthy at all. Fast food probably will do less harm. Perhaps I needed to have nigiri instead of sushi.

Great Sushi! Tyson roll (left side) was delicious! It has tempura chicken, crab stick, cream cheese, avocado. Sea Monster roll (right side) contains fried lobster, crab stick, Avocado topped with shrimp tempura, potato crunch with eel sauce and sweet mayo. Both are excellent choices of try in the dark, quiet atmosphere.

We come here around once every week. The rolls are generous and very fairly priced. It is our favorite sushi restaurant in Springfield! The wait staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have plenty of options for people who prefer cooked rolls over raw as well. We recommend Mijuri to everyone that is local!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had, very rude. We had to leave early because of a emergency, but they refused for us to use our Groupon.And because we viewed our Groupon. We can’t use it at all nor get a refund. We left feeling very overlooked and taken advantage of.

A small but popular Japanese sushi bar. Seating is very limited so theres often a wait as well as the waiters having too much on their plate. Besides that this is an excellent place with great food. I had Yakiniku, grilled marinated beef, and everything was cooked perfectly. The bento boxes are also a good deal. If you can grab the Groupon had try this place out.

There cant possibly be a healthier, more inexpensive (not cheap) place to get lunch in Springfield. You can get out of there under 8 bucks easy. Come for dinner and, if youre anything like my wife and me, youll be 5 specialty rolls deep with an appetizer and two cocktails, which will run you close to $100, but its worth it as an occasional treat. You can be more frugal with your order, of course. Itll likely be slammed on Friday and Saturday nights, so be prepared to wait, or, for you proactive people with a penchant for preparedness, call ahead to reserve your seats. I give it five stars, not because its the best sushi you can find on the planet, but because its the best sushi you can find in Springfield. Its also not the most expensive sushi place in town, which is a welcome bonus.

Great service, great staff and great delicious sushi. These guys are just fantastic. If you have any issues they are quick to figure out a solution and are very polite. If you dont know or understand something they will be glad to assist you. Highly recommend them.

We have been going to Mijuri for 10 years, and have never been disappointed. They have the best sushi in town. Always fresh. Their servers are very professional and extremely helpful if you have a question about the menu. I highly recommend Mijuris.

My favorite sushi place in the 417. Always fresh, always timely. The waiter, I believe his name is Sam, is the top reason I always come back. He is so friendly and always remembers me! The setting of the restaurant is very nice, very upscale, but you still dont feel out of place if you are dressed down. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for fresh sushi for a good price!

I was so happy when my single sushi order came on a boat. Usually are those reserved for big orders but I got a little one! Its a silly thing to be excited about but I enjoyed it. But more importantly, the food, service, atmosphere, etc., was great. I go to a lot of sushi restaurants and this one did not disappoint. I enjoyed it very much.I have eaten here a couple times with friends. Service is wonderful, food and presentation are amazing. Its always an enjoyable visit for quality sushi in a cozy environment in a great location in downtown CoMo.

Didnt know it existed until I came to a small birthday event. Its a great place; the server we had was top-notch and they have a variety of sushi. The lighting was dim, but it was very sufficient. Id say its a great place for most events, small and large.

I’m not one to usually complain on a review, but I have never received such TERRIBLE service at a restaurant in my life. The sushi is mediocre and overpriced at menu price, but my friends and I go for the occasional deals they have. There was an issue with using a valid paid for Groupon in which the older waiter (no name tag, said “m” on receipt) offered absolutely no solution and charged me double what I should have paid for my meal. While discussing this with him at my table, he laughed during our conversation. He was so rude; I’ve never received this poor of customer service at a restaurant ever. I was a regular at Mijuri and after this trip, I will NEVER go back.

They would not let us in unless we had a mask. My wife and I both have medical exemptions, and reasons we can not wear a mask. We were discriminated against, we will not be back again.

I enjoyed the prices on their sushi. But the sushi itself was about the same quality as Sams club. Clean establishment and restrooms. Great staff. But not a game changer restraunt just a decent place to get some sushi if you want a restraunt setting.

Ate there for lunch with my wife and child. Sam, our waiter, gave us excellent service but Mike, who wasn’t our waiter, made the experience excellent. Was assisting Sam out of the goodness of his heart and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Food was excellent as well. Bathrooms clean. All in all, we dropped by on a whim from the aquarium down the street and will make the trip again. Very pleased.

We eat at Mijuri every chance we get. Our family loves the variety of sushi to choose from. The food is always good and the atmosphere is great. One of the many reasons we continue to go back is the staff. The are very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. After our first couple of visits they already had our drink orders memorized and treat us like friends. Highly recommend!

The best place for sushi in all of Springfield. They have the best staff, best quality sushi, and the best prices. Usually try and make it once a week, and I have never been disappointed.

I went in for a pick up order. The hostess was extremely rude It was honestly one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I waited for over 30 minutes for my food and when I went in to check if it was ready the hostess yelled at me from across the restaurant. I was excited to try something new, but due to a bad experience I will never go back.

Not the fanciest place in town but the value for the quality of sushi rolls you receive cant be beaten. The customer service is always top notch (I have yet to have a water it waitress that hasnt done an excellent job). It may not be the super romantic atmosphere a lot of the other sushi restaurants in town try to achieve, but it is no hole in the wall either. The facility is simple, moderately decorated, and always clean. The sushi rolls hear are well portioned and priced for the quality. I havent been able to find another place in turn that can match them.
