The roofers were very skilled. My new roof looks great! Also was impressed with the communication from the office gal, Brittany. We had a few delays and were behind schedule and she was great about keeping in contact with me and letting me know what was going on. A pretty good experience overall.

I dont think that I can think of one negative thing to say about River. Out of many bids, they were one of the best priced. I have used them commercially before, so I felt comfortable using them on our house. Their communication was quick and thorough, they were able to squeeze us in early when weather permitted, and the outcome is looking wonderful. I am in awe at how professional they are. A crew came and did the tear down. Everyone had a task, they were efficient and fast, and left without a trace of waste around the house. The following day, the shingles arrived, followed by installers. They have the timing, process, and workload down to a science. Thank you so much for making this financially painful experience a lot more tolerable, and dangit, even pleasant.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to work with Sean, Devin, and Jeremiah. I was hired to replace exhaust fans and duct work in a home, and one part of River Roofing’s job was to install exhaust vents in the flat roof. Do my roof bought all the materials then the guy uped his price on me so called river roofing wish I could remember who I talked to but he was extreamly helpful he gave me a quote on the job,and with all the info I gave him about the roof I was able to determine that my Do it your selfer. In 2015 we had our dome home re-roofed by River Roofing. I remember the two roofers who came said, We dont work fast, when you work fast you make mistakes, we dont make mistakes. And it was a perfect job. After my husband passed away that next Spring I found myself needing more roofing done. The shop and dog house needed attention. I called River Roofing again and they sent out a guy to write up a quote. The quote arrived within days and I was on their schedule. They arrived on time and were gracious, effecient, and most of all did a wonderful job. I cant recommend them enough.

Were really happy with the results! The materials and quality of the work was top-notch. We had a short difficult interaction with the lead and one of his helpers when my wife and I asked a few questions about the work. They treated us like it was a big deal to answer our questions and I didnt appreciate their attitude and response. I suppose roofers dont get much experience with customer service so we let it go. Despite this little bump, we have recommended River Roofing to our friends and the (many) neighbors who have stopped by.

Was was just randomly thinking about my experience with river roofing today, and figured it was such a positive experience, that they deserved a review. So here is how my experience went. I had three different roofing companies come look at my roof to make a bid. River Roofing was the first company I called, and they were quick, strait to the point with a quote, and very affordable. Next I had a smaller company come take a look, and the guy complained the whole time, and asked how attached I am to my gutters, because they were a pain to work around. The 3rd company tried to get me to sit through a 2 hr presentation to convince me why I should pay twice the amount river roofing was charging. In the end I went with river roofing, and recived the most professional service possible at a surprisingly affordable price.

I will never use this company because of their complete ignorance and lack of compassion for other people. I drove by their company and their reader board stated Ask us about our gluten free roofs. Its absolutely not cute or funny to poke fun of people in our community living with Celiac Diease (an incurable autoimmune disease).

I have already recommended River Roofing to a friend. I was very happy with the crews, the clean up and most importantly for me, the communication.

RR did a good job. Nice people also. I recommend them for reroofing. They started July 20 and got 90% done in a week or two but then took till Late Sept to finally complete. But it wasnt a problem for me. I did have to ask them to do some more clean up and fix some minor things (vents) and they did so promptly.
