Normally I love this place but after being told you know this isnt part of the sale right by the cashier ringing me up I felt judged. I can afford to pay for things or I wouldnt be in the store.

I was just in there and witnessed a manager make a very snarky comment to her employee. I would love for corporate to reach out to me! This is not a way to run a business. The employee was new and she mentioned that she did not get proper training!!!

I love Hobby Lobby, and appreciate that they havent done away with all of the scrapbook supplies as some other stores have. I love to browse around in the store and look at all of the neat things that they have. A lot of it is a little pricey, so it is best to go when the items that you are looking for are on sale. It is sad though that they have done away with their 40% off one item coupon.

Hobby lobby would totally get all my moneys if possible. Lol. I love it

Hobby Lobby is a big store, they have a lot of products, a lot more than I thought, I was impressed, very clean, they have good prices, nice sales people and I definitely recommend this store.

I went in for a friendship gift ball.Hmmm, what is a friendship gift ball, you askIt is a silver hinged ball that you can put a small gift in..ie, necklace, ear rings etc..And give to a friend, the next holiday they fill and give it back....My bestie and I did this for years and then with life and miles between us, we lost track of it and each other.Now back on track and the ball missing(Somewhere in my life of boxed up memories) I have been on the hunt for another one.Well, Hobby Lobby doesnt carry the friendship ball.But, I did buy a necklace and snaps to send to her.Amazon does carry the friendship balls for 25.00, if interested in starting your own traditionThe store was nice and clean, well lit and all the shelves were well stocked with many beautiful things.I only had 1 sales person ask to help me and 3 passed by.They only had 1 cashier so the wait was a few minutes. But, she was very friendlyI fell in love with these hats while I was there. Great selection of EVERYTHING

Great Store, Great Items all day everyday!!!!!!

I went to the website and chose the store closest to my location. I was looking for certain items and found them. The website is not real clear that means the items are available online not at the location selected. So I was disappointed when I got to the store and the items I wanted were not available there. Employee I asked to check in the back said we dont keep stock in the back then walked away.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Had some older merchandise never used. I knew it was older but since the items were smaller accents I wanted to show the items were purchased but I just wanted a merchandise credit not to have my form of payment refunded. I was told that since the receipt was almost a year old I was not able to be issued a merchandise credit?? I’ve been in the retail industry over 15 years and never heard of a customer not eligible for an in store credit 🤔🤷🏽‍♀️ When I questioned if I would have returned the items without a receipt asking if I would’ve been issued a merchandise credit? The cashier said” no we would’ve had to make sure we still had the merchandise before we could issue a merchandise credit “ then said I can call my manager to have him approve it. I declined the management approval for a merchandise credit that was less than $20. The items had been in my car for some time and during the quarantine I cleaned my car out and found the bag of returns. I bought what I needed because it was for something I was making for a Senior Night so I really needed it. However that’s my last time spending money at the Springfield Hobby Lobby which is unfortunate myself Mom daughter friends and other family have spent literally thousands of hours there... thanks for saving us money✌🏽There’s been a change in their management and staff that clearly shows!

CLEAN and spaced well for social distancing. A bit pricey to make it look good for the deep discounting. Well stocked with lots of variety.

I always love going to a hobby lobby. This store does have a cleanliness issue though. Every time I go in there, there seems to be boxes lying around everywhere. The staff has never spoken to me around the store either. The only time an associate acknowledges me is when I check out.

We always go to this hobby lobby, nothing to complain about. They have great deals. Last trip here I got a book of scrap book paper with rose gold foil for 4.99 when its normally 19.99. Also, they allow dogs in store, so we love taking our pup.
